I have used Roger Platt before and the team are really helpful and give me involved as much as possible, I usually deal with Jacqueline O'Flaherty who five years ago found me a great mortgage deal on a five year deal and I am back with with Jacqueline who is always helpful with a smile even if there is bad news but that will not her, very proactive and always without judgement, very helpful and will do her best to accommodate, I would recommend Roger Platt and Jacque in particular very professional.

For newbies in the UK, this place was a perfect fit to help find a place to stay. The warmth and hospitable attitude with which every single agent here talks to you, is quite comforting. Natalie Fontenelle was our direct agent and she made sure we were constantly getting details and updates about our property's search and finalization. She was of great help to both my husband and I, with not just finding a place to stay, but to also understand how things function around the area and things we needed to get sorted for utilities, council, furnishings etc. In Natalie's absence, Molly & Anthony were also happily clarifying our doubts, which was really great. We were first-time buyers. Chandni Rajora was our Mortgage Adviser and we will be forever grateful to her because she guided us through the terrifying process of buying our first property. She was patient and thorough with us, being transparent about our mortgage possibilities. She asked all the right questions regarding our financial background and funding sources, which allowed her to provide us with a well-informed and realistic assessment of what we could afford. When we found our dream home, she gave us some suggestions on how much up we could offer and we think we made the right decision by listening to her. The most important aspect about Mrs Rajora is that she will be with you every step of the way. She was very supportive and informative during the mortgage application process. She explained from the beginning all the costs involved and even when she had a personal adverse circumstance, she kept in contact we us and managed to get a better rate than initially asked for. Me and my partner meet Aeron in sales one Saturday, we had a brief chat and Aeron booked us in for a meeting with Daniel Appleby, Daniel made us feel most welcome. We were first time buyers, Daniel explained everything's in depth. He explained the mortgage process and was able to asssit us regardless to what agency we bought through. He explained about our affordability and mortgage options and we quickly found a property through another agent, where Daniel helped negotiate with the selling agents and helped us secure our new home. Throughout the full buying process from Day 1 to the finish Daniel and entire team including Aeron, Ross, Julian and Alison kept us informed and guided us for any questions that occured. On June 2, we are the family coming from Hong Kong and try to settle in Maidenhead and rent a house for 1 year. On that day, we were pushing our luggage and knocked at more than 10 agents to check if there is any house open and available. But we just didn't think we could get one. The reply from most agents were negative and there was no house open for rent. Even though they had house available, the would just save it for the local British. As we felt upset and hopeless, an agent from Roger Platt named Antony gave us hope. He is so professional that he explained the rental procedures to us in detail. After one week, he introduced a flat to us and also we signed the contract. We can get the keys on the 27th, ordered and had the furniture delivered on the 28th, moved in on the 29th. If not with the help of Antony, the whole rental process wouldn't be so smooth, and we were still staying at Travel Lodge. We feel so grateful to Antony and Emma to help us to fill in the forms. They make us feel warmth on the other land. Antony is a sincere, professional and trustworthy and serious person. And Emma is so helpful and knows well about the rental issues.I will grade them a 5 Starz. We are so fortunate that we can meet them. We would like to praise them for their support and great efforts. I was trying to rent a property through Roger platt and my POC was Andreas and Ateeq. Intially everything was alright once i signed the contract they had informed me that landlord just changed their mind and does not want to proceed any further. As the move date was 5 days from then I called and explained them the urgency as i gave already paid them the rent for the first month. They were not at all concerned and gave me cold answers regarding my move. They were okay with everything before and later everything seems to be an issue. I’m spending a lot on hotels till i get my next home. On top of that they did not yet refund the amount yet. My money is stuck with them. When i requested for the amount they are just saying that they requested the accounts team. Disgusting service. I am searching for a house still and i seriously I dont recommend this agency even to my enemy.

I just wish I could leave ZERO stars!!! I have moved many times BUT this move was the worst! I cannot go into full details BUT the stress we and our lovely buyers were put through was beyond unbearable. Our buyers actually suffered stress related illnesses and one ended up in hospital! The only advice I can give is if you use the Burnham branch...WHATEVER discussions you have with them...ALWAYS follow it up in WRITING AND GET A CONFIRMATION ITS RECEIVED! We were told many mistruths and the Ombudsman came down on THEIR side and said it was just ALL "HEARSAY"! We stupidly trusted whatever they said!
