Very bad service from property management team, even after providing notice to leave the property they are asking to the rent for rest of the month, they listed the property with some delay and did the property repairing as the property had a lot of issues. Now they found mew tenants, removed property from listing, and they hold my advance and not responding with proper update

A huge thank you to Stuart, Philippa and the whole of the Roger Platt team who have done an excellent job in selling my Granny's home. When I first met Stuart, he was a true professional and very knowledgeable on the local market. He presented excellent comparables when determining the asking price for the house and his pricing was spot on. We had a huge response and agreed the sale at the asking price shortly after launching. Philippa then did a wonderful job progressing the sale, she was always fully up to speed and at the end of the phone when needed. Thanks to her hard work, the chain progressed smoothly to exchange. No customer satisfaction and lots of communication gap between property manager,owner and tenant. I would not recommend to take property from roger platt I have sent a mail as mentioned in the comment. Below is the issue which was very disappointing. Before signing the agreement it was discussed and confirmed by agent as well as owner that after couple of months the agreement will need a change but owner turned up saying he cannot do it and he is happy for us to leave the property. Roger Platt did not even involve to solve the issue and we had to leave the property. I have the call recording where the agent has agreed that it was discussed and confirmed by owner that agreement can be changed in future.

We worked with Robert Hibberdine for our last two transactions and cannot fault his professionalism, courtesy, responsiveness and quality of advice. We received great service from the Roger Platt team when we lived in Maidenhead and now that we live in the US we continue to be impressed by the way they work with us effectively and efficiently across the 8 hour time gap between the two locations. Probably one of the worst estate agents…

Probably one of the worst estate agents in the area. Should have reviewed on our local FB page which confirms the poor service. Our property has been on the market 6 weeks and not one update, the only call received was after I called them 6 times, left VM's and in person messages. Now looking to see if we can cancel our 20 week contract and move to another more reliable agent.
