Eve and team were great

Eve was very helpful, has a friendly personality and gave us the information that we needed at the time. When she said she would ring us back she did. She knows that we wanted 10 Ronwood instead of the one in town and informed us straight way that it was available. All staff were great as well.

A bit disorganised

First valuation was cancelled by them as it was apparently booked, under the wrong branch, only told on the morning of the valuation , second valuation missed as valuer was ill, told I'd have to wait 2 weeks for another booking. Didn't want to take the chance as I'd already taken two days off work for them. Understand people get ill but when you've let someone down twice you move them to the head of the queue not keep them waiting for another 2 weeks.

There tenants next to use have been the…

There tenants next to use have been the worst in civilised people I have seen in my life. They have smashed up there property drugs on the street police have been involved more times then I count absolute living hell for over 5 years. But somehow these people think it's fine to keep such an abusive rough tenant in the same property. Were sick to death of them. Weve complained so many times to them and police nothing gets done. There tenant dings loudly all day of the top of her voice were fed up. I will be taking legal action against this agancy

I had a deeply disappointing experience with Entwistle Green, particularly with an agent named Joe Jaison. I arranged to rent a property through them and paid both the deposit and the first month’s rent after viewing the house with Joe. He showed me the property, and everything was discussed clearly or so I thought.

This branch of Entwistle Green are clowns. 14 months ago their valuer Lucie Burnside valued my mother's semi-detached bungalow as a detached bungalow! (and wrongly described it in the details). Instead of admitting her embarrassing mistake, she tried to ride it out. As one of the vendors, I was not told about this until months later. The manager Fiona Podmore belatedly admitted their incompetence but way too late to help a sale. The best thing about them were the photos taken by a sub-contracted photographer. They tried to sell it for 5 months. We sold it in a day with Unique. Don't fall for their "national network" nonsense - they were the most incompetent, unprofessional and dishonest estate agents I have come across.NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

Entwistle - Old Swan Branch

Old Swan Branch - As a company they are abhorent and make the process for first time buyers stressful and difficult. Rang up for several properties, no viewings offered as was supposedly under offer, took copious amounts of information, offered a paid package to search and offer first viewing options before properties come on the market. Bombarded me daily with sales pitches and mortgage advise deals emails and other nonsense. I have continued to block and report. Money hungry scammers.

I WILL NEVER USE THIS AGENT AGAIN, so unprofessional and unorganised and the most rudest women who deals with deposits. I had lived in my little flat for nearly 13 years very happily only be told that the owner was wanting to sell, this isnt the issue, the issue is how i was managed by the Allerton Road branch and the rude and obnoxious the lady who deals with deposits. i spent many hours cleaning the apartment before leaving and had photographic evidence of this only to receive a report to the contrary saying it was dirty dusty and in a state of disrepair, i looked after this property whilst there and it was spotless when i left. I really want to make a complaint about the whole thing but i cant find an email address to contact.

The level of service was excellent. We were selling my Dad's house and weren't able to get to Lytham very frequently. Entwistle Green's agents made sure we knew exactly what was going on, gave good advice when it was requested and helped us with various things that were above and beyond their remit. How do they get anything done?

Dreadful. Told us that we had to be there in person to view properties when we're trying to move from another city and work full time so we can't go in person. Won't do virtual viewings or phone calls for us and won't accept offers without viewing the property first. Shambles. How do people move cities when they can't be at all accommodating for anyone else's needs? Embarrassing company and embarrassing policies. Totally unhelpful staff who just sigh down the phone at you. Makes moving so much more stressful when it's completely unnecessary. Just offer virtual viewings!Edit: made the long trip for a viewing. They didn't even bother to show up. This was after changing the time at the last minute and getting our booking wrong multiple times.
