From day one through to completion, we were greeted with a truly professional and friendly service. Rachel Bamber and her team were fantastic throughout the entire process. They successfully found us a buyer and supported us every step of the way, always keeping us informed and reassured. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their dedication and hard work really made a difference during what can often be a stressful time. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Absolutely amazing from the start. Went to view a property last week late afternoon, once viewing the property i put in an application to rent the property and was told it could take up to a week for the referencing to come back, the following morning I received a phone called to confirm all my referencing has passed and to arrange a move in date. In all my time renting this has been the most fastest and less stressful experience I have ever experienced while renting a property! They have been so supportive and very helpful from the get go and have also sent me emails to help set up new bills at the new property which has helped alot and really has just took so much stress away. When receiving the keys yesterday the checks done on the property was so professional and every smoke alarm was checked and any not working was replaced immediately with brand new replacements in their cars. Could not be more thankful for how smooth the whole process has gone and how helpful and professional Tracy and the team has been. Absolutely amazing experience and a massive thanks to Tracy and the team at the Blackburn branch! Would highly recommend this company if your looking for a less stressful, professional and very speedy experience. A***

We rented out our property

We rented out our property, signed for a full management. Was is a THEFT, unlawfull enriechment into their pocket? Entwistle Green/Countrywide made two incorrect HMRC annual reports that hid their real income and incorrectly made our higher income, ignored our complaints; they also deducted our income rental money by £710 per repairs without a quote, photos, documentation provided to us, and totally ignored our complaints. They done it again. Nobody cared. Another time, they deducted our rental income for repairs that has not been done. Their negligence, ignorance, careless, and damages to our house showed after one rental year, after second year, the market value of our property dropped down by £30000 from year 2023 when cash offer was offerred as high as £139000 by a fast buyer when we maintained our house by ourselves and kept it in tip top condition, inside and outside, before Entwistle Green took over the management. Entwistle Green left the tenants in unrepaired house over Christmas with leaking water on tenants' heads. We terminated the contract, no full check-out report, no inspection report to changes they made to our house with water, electricity or gas, installed a new kitchen without any permission, the house was left after tenants moved out leaving damages, a dirt, a mess. In addition, unclaimed insurance, unpaid rent, the repairs in 2025 and 2026 paid from our rental income deducted without our consent or permission, the value of our property dropped down by £30000 as Entwistle Green left it, ignored our complaints, Entwitle Green is a part of Countrywide Group and Connells Group. Nobody cared. Is it way do deal with clients? Is this way of their wellfare? Their ignorance, putting phone down, refusing to say their name, no replies, missing rental invome, chaos-mess in their money reserve that did not match the figures, negligence, nonody knew what the other person was doing, several people answered differently or the opposite facts,...

After being scammed with purple bricks I was very weary especially having 2 young children! However from start to finish entwistle green was really helpful really good with communication and couldnt of got the location or house any better for us it has took me 5 days in my new house for it to sink in but I cannot recommend entwistle green enough! First of all, never have I ever heard of receiving a welcome giftbox from an E.A upon moving in. Swiftness, Timely, Understanding, the level of professionalism I received from both Miss Bethany and Miss Victoria was unmatched and they made the whole process easy and virtually stress free. (and that's with a move involving 4 kids) Just check they're not psychic, our welcome box had both mine and my partners favourite drinks in !? As well as helpful bits to get us started in our new home. 10/10

I’ve heard people say “doesn’t matter which agent you pick, it’s all just listed on Rightmove now” - and this is just not true. I knew from the minute I rang to enquire about a neighbours house, that they were natural born sales people. When it came to selling, they spent time understanding why someone would want to buy this house. Sarah who did the valuation was incredibly switched on, and clearly understood my house and the market - which was evident when it had sold within 2 weeks in October, not exactly peak selling season. When the conveyancing seemed to hit a brick wall and I was losing my mind with solicitors, Lily stepped in, and within 24 hours had achieved more than my solicitor had managed in 3 weeks. Everyone at Entwistle Green did what they said they would, when they said they would. Under promise and over deliver. Cannot ask for more and will happily recommend them to anyone selling their house. A very commercially driven, efficient and switched on team of agents - thank you, especially to Lilly

Obstructive and awful experience

This is a review for the Bury branch. I am an 84 year old widow and I am absolutely disgusted with the way this company acts, and I will be pursuing them further, through the Property Ombudsmen. They were not providing an adequate service, with hidden charges and poor value for money, and when I tried to change to a different estate agent they claimed they were not receiving any emails. I know for a fact they were sent these emails by the other estate agents, as we were cc'd in the email chain, and Entwistle Green are just being deliberately obstructive. They have carried on in this way for the past few weeks, and they are causing me a lot of stress.

My partner and I had been trying to move back to the UK from Spain and found it difficult to find anywhere to rent by ourselves. On visiting UK we tried a few estate agents and were successful with Entwistle Green Lytham St Annes. Our experience using this branch was excellent particularly with Daniel Barclay who is professional and very thorough. He found a flat to rent in the area we preferred and within the price range we gave. Danny is approachable and always willing to help. He guided us through the rental process and with the many forms remaining cheery throughout and answering our queries honestly. He kept us updated at every stage and everything went smoothly. He even arranged for the tenancy agreement to be signed by all parties on line which helped alleviate stress as we'd returned to Spain at the time. We highly recommend Entwistle Green Lytham St Annes and especially Danny his level of service was A1 and we are satisfied that we are now settled back here.
