Extremely pleased with the service and professionalism given by the St Annes office from initial valuation to chasing of the completion. After 8 months of zero viewings with Purple Pricks, Entwistle were offering to pay the PB bill if we got a sale. It was a no brainer and once with them we got an offer in a week. It shows what a real estate agency can do with proactive marketing. Sadly our buyer pulled out but within a fortnight, Fiona and the team had another buyer in place, once again proving that so called "commisery" is worth everything to keep your sale chain in place. I'd use them if I ever moved again but I'm not planning to! Recommend highly.

I was in need of finding a new place to live quite quickly and entwistle green helped me do so. Lucie and the team were all exceptional. I went in feeling slightly overwhelmed at all I had to organise but Lucie made it so much easier, Lucie and James explained the procedure and put my worries at rest quite quickly. I know if I have any concerns I can just pop into this establishment and ask away. I am now happy in my lovely new home!

I cannot recommend Entwistle Green, St. Annes highly enough. Every step of the process from putting our property on the market, right until we received the keys for our new property, Rachel, Lucie and the team gave us a five star service. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Ours was a particularly difficult buying and selling process but they worked incredibly hard to mitigate issues from both the buying and selling side, constantly keeping us informed. We used Entwistle’s in-house mortgage advisor who opened up a lot of possibilities for us and saved us a fortune over going it alone. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy or sell with Entwistle Green, St. Annes in future. Thank you so much for everything guys!

The St.Annes branch of Entwistle Green provided a great service. We endeavoured to sell our property over a period of ten years, without success, using different estate agents. Once our property was marketed with St.Annes Entwistle Green, we had numerous viewings over a short period of time. Our first sale through them unfortunately fell through, but they took quick action to get more people through the door and our home was sold in a matter of weeks. We never had this level of service from other local estate agents. Many thanks to Fiona and Rachel. 5 stars for the agency and Mrs Dora Seimeni in Warrington's Entwistle Green

I arrived in Warrington in January knowing nobody in the city. Searching a flat online did not help a lot. Walking by entwistle green i decided to enter and ask for more info! Luckily Mrs Dora Seimeni was there who was more than helpful. After she showed me some flats in the city, indecided to review one. Dora could not be more helpful really, she explained everything thoroughly and helped me understand how the bills work, how to accommodate etc. being totally new in the country knowing nothing, i m thankful that i found her. Entwistle Green as well was immediately next to me when something needed to be fixed in my flat! 5 stars, can’t recommend enough both the agency and my agent Dora.

We had a very messy purchase and I was receiving daily and sometimes twice daily updates from Rachael. Awful experience would not use again

Awful experience would not use again. I dealt with Gary Trappe at the Burnley branch. He valued our property for £15,000 more than it was sold for at auction where we had felt pressured to sell. Apart from the initial contact to sign the contract I never heard from him again even though he had been kept in the loop via email communication with the suction company - I am sold. It was particularly misleading and deceptive as we had signed a contract less than a month ago with him and there had been no mention of the valuation price changing and certainly not by that much. Either the valuation price had deliberately been set high to entice us or they hadn’t pushed the sale. We ended up making a loss of £15,000 using them and their auction company. They care about getting their fees paid and they really don’t care to make you the maximum from the sale. To that end they do the bare minimum. I would not use again because they don’t consider your best interest only their own.

The services provided by the staff at Entwistle Green in Morecambe are outstanding and exceptional. I am very delighted and happy about my experience. My experience was very poor when using them for selling property via Flyp. They did not respond promptly to the buyers when their colleague was on leave and no one covered that colleague's work/monitored the email. The deal was nearly fell through because of it!

Absolutely shocking company to sell…

Absolutely shocking company to sell your house with, never keep you in the loop about your house and you have to constantly ring them for updates, tell you there’s nothing they can do to help boost your homes selling, and charged over £5,000 to sell the house as they don’t let you come out the contract as they put in the clause if you cancel and the house sells within 12 weeks they will still charge the £5,400 fee, disgusting company.
