My renting procedure was very easy, thanks to Ralph Wilkinson. Helped give me all the details I needed and answered all my questions as well as made sure the property agreement fit all my needs. I had a wonderful experience with Leaders. Ralph Wilkerson was the agent who helped me through out the process. With his help I was able to do everything online, which was really helpful because I was outside the country when the process started and flew in on my move-in day. Ralph waited at the office for me outside the business hours so that I can pick up my keys and move in. I have only good things to say about Leaders. Absolutely amazing customer service from Malik. Due to the international move my situation had so many technical and legal formalities that i was worried about the whole process. But i was so lucky that i chose Lenwell luton as my agent. Since day one they had the most professional attitude. I had been to many high street agents before coming to Lenwell but they had the most honest and transparent process. I received the best service they made my international move so easy for me. We relocated from United Sates and it had many hurdles but my agent Malik made it so easy for us. He guided me every step of the way and did all the work for me. Its been months and to this day Malik is so prompt in replying to all my emails. I have emailed him for so many things but he was never fed up of my questions he is the best agent.
