I had emailed several times, however I wasn't getting a response from the Agency........ Then Eunus Ahmed contacted me at time of renewal of my contract and was the person whom I dealt with. We have bought several properties through Haart, and I have just sold one recently. As a team, they have always been a pleasure to deal with, for this last sale, Ali who negotiated it, was always helpful and available, and actually sold the property before it was even posted on the internet, for asking price. This would suggest that the property was valued at a correct market price. One can not ask for more than that! Tom is always a pleasure to meet, and available for good advice when needed, and their lettings team also very efficient and professional. Obviously the agent one uses when buying is not always a matter of choice, if the property you are looking for is on a sole agency, but given a choice buying, and certainly when selling I would recommend Haart in Luton every time. Thank you for your help.

The sale of my property was dealt with in a very professional way by Jonny. Jonny found a buyer within 2 days of the property being on the market and although this buyer pulled out without giving a proper explanation as to why, Jonny had another buyer ready to proceed almost immediately. Jonny was very helpful in chasing things during the selling process and the sale was completed very fast. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jonny and Haart for the sale of any property in Luton. I will definitely be using them for the sale of another of my properties in Luton. Jeremy James

After going through several Estate Agents to find the right house to buy it was apparant not to expect much from a service and communication point of view. However, after finding the right house which was handled by Masum at haarts, faith has been restored in the Estate Agency sector. His manerism, prompt communication and proactiveness is second to none. Even after the deal had been done and was STC, he was still very accomodating in meeting our request to view the house in more than one occassion, which tends to be a less of a priority to some Estate Agents. I would highly recommend Masum for his professionalism. Well done and thank you Masum.

Mason remained professional at all times. We very much got the feeling Mason was trying his best to find us a suitable property, and accommodating to our needs . Mason showed enthusiasm at all the properties we viewed with him. I had to go abroad for a couple of weeks, Mason still managed to liase with other family members as instructed to keep them updated about each property. We were very happy to have worked with Mason, I have bought and sold properties before not everyone is like Mason. I am sure Mason is a great asset to the team at Heart Luton.

Very pleased with the service I recieved from Matilda and Thomas at Luton haart.From the get go Matilda understood the type of property I was after and constantlty emailed me properties matching the criteria. Arranging a same day appointemnt to view a property was always possible. Throughout the process Both Matilda and Thomas kept me in the loop at all times and I also recieved excellent mortgage advise from their in house mortage advisor Salmah. I dont know where to begin with Haart. We had an agent by the name of Runell Islam who was God sent. He literally did everythihing he could do and went out if his way to make sure we got the right home for the family. When it came down to handling matters, Runell was incredibly easy to talk too, had a friendly smile and a very professional attitude. Runell was always available to answer any of our questions, even if this was out of working hours and even had us view two of the properties we couldn't make our minds on MULTIPLE times, in order for us to consider all the facts in making that final decision. Referencing for a new property can sometimes be a daunting procedure and a nightmare to get through, but Runell made this process comfortable by keeping us calm and helping us understand what we needed to do each step of the way till referencing was complete. My overall experience with Haart in Luton was great, with all the staff being useful as well as polite and professional, however I would like to thank Hasnain, in particular, for all his help in advising my sister on how to set up her buy to lets and how it all works from an interest only mortgage point of view. Exceptional customer service from Luton Haart estate agent in Wellington Road. Agent Kam Banda displays the epitome of professional first class customer relation skills. Kam was extremely polite and courteous irrespective of how ridiculous my queries were as a first time buyer; Kam would always provide comprehensive advice to all my queries. After searching for a property for approximately 8 months I started to feel extremely frustrated at the lack of transparency displayed by local estate agents. I was fortunate enough to liaise with Kam who had my best interest and even though I was unlucky in purchasing the initial property Kam had offerered. Kam went out of his way to inform me of a pending property which was set for sale. I was able to strike a deal with the owner and come to an agreement to purchase. The purchase process lasted three months with Kam keeping me informed and in the loop consistently which I sincerely appreciated and made me feel at ease even though this was the largest purchase I had ever completed. For any first time buyer I would strongly recommend Kam as your first point of call. He is a gentlemen and sincerely honest individual who will have your best interest.
