Jordan was rude during my process to the extent that I had to call him to ask if he had problems with me asking him questions. He told me that the apartment was going to be painted and fixed however, the apartment was in a mess. I am just tempted to go on social media and do a video review of my encounter with him because at some point, I felt super disrespected and trampled on.

This is the worst letting agency, do not trust anyone from Haart Luton. They give you false promises and make you believe that you are getting the property that you viewed and liked. They ask you pay the holding deposit and give you a set date for the move in. But that date never arrives. This happened to me couple of days ago. I was promised a property in Cresta House in Alma street. I paid the holding deposit, signed the offer to move in on 18/03/2024. I was the happiest person ever been after I signed the offer and cannot wait to move. I gave a notice to current landlord and told him that I am vacating on 18/03/2024. A new tenant has come and paid the advance to my current landlord. It was all good until 12/03/2024. I got an email on 12th afternoon 6 days before move in, saying that they need to postpone the move in for a week but they never mentioned the reason until I persisted. I requested my current landlord to extend my stay for a week and I accepted the postponement with Haart and waited. I mailed them on 18th to enquire about the status and got a reply that they are doing a second postpone for later date, they did not give me a date but just postponement which is ridiculous. And today on 21/03/2024 I got another email saying they are not renting the flat anymore and returning my deposit. Now I got only 2 days to search for another property and I am officially home less from 23/03/2024. Reason for postponement: Absolutely worst business process, did not check the valid rental certificates of the landlord and posted the property online immediately to make profits. Their ignorance caused lot of damage to me. When I visited the luton branch and told my situation that I have no home after 23/03/2024 all this is because of your mistake, they did not accept it, did not even think a sec to negotiate a solution. All I received from the branch manager and his colleagues is a hard ‘NO’ for requests. I requested to arrange a temporary place for my stay or at least for my lagguage and I am willing to pay for it but they did not help. So anyone looking for renting a property from Haart Luton please be careful. Regards, Yeshwanth
