I had searched everywhere, had tens of viewings with other agencies on a scheduled appointment and still didnt get a house. I was basically homeless. Then i worked into haart luton office and met this Great Jordan. He showed me one and told me to come back for viewing. I told him i was ready that moment. He said he was busy that i should come back.......l told him i stay in harrow, and before i knew it he was clearing his desk to take me there. I got to the office homeless, 1 hour later, i was paying deposits.

I engaged with Haart Luton to rent a property 2022 they were very persistent in requesting funds to secure a property which was fine at the time. However since leaving the property in August 23, I was told that my rent refund was to be deposited into my account on the 5th of September, I was very surprised to find out after chasing them that my funds were sent to the landlord in error, who was terrible and told , I had to wait until 26.09.23 to receive my funds, the funds have still not been received and it is almost £1,000 I am owed. I have encountered significant difficulties in communication and a lack of responsiveness from the Luton team, dispute being told my funds would be deposited in my account. Despite numerous attempts to reach out to your office via phone calls and emails, I am still waiting a response from the office since 5th September. If I could give zero stars for the treatment since leaving the property I would.
