We have been with Haart for a number of years and have had few issues over the years with the appliances. It has been sometimes frustrating due to the lack of contact or follow up from Haart. However, on this occasion I can not fault the service. From time of the reported issue to the fix was only a week or so. I hope this is a sign of things to come. I have been renting a property through Haart Lettings, and Sophie Hall has been absolutely amazing. She is always friendly, welcoming, and greets me with a smile every time I visit. Roberta is an absolutely brilliant property manager! She is incredibly professional, proactive and always on top of everything. I honestly couldn't recommend Sophie enough! My property had previously been with another agency and unfortunately remained on the market for months without being rented. I then decided to move to Haart, and incredibly, Sophie found me tenants on the very first day! From the beginning, Sophie has been absolutely amazing. She keeps me updated about everything, always explains things clearly, asks me before making decisions and replies to my messages almost immediately. Communication with her has been excellent and I always feel that I know exactly what is happening with my property. What I appreciate even more is that she genuinely tries to help with everything. She told me that if I ever need anything done at the property, she can help me find the right people for the job, which gives me so much peace of mind as a landlord. The difference in my experience has been incredible. Sophie is professional, efficient, helpful and also a genuinely lovely person to deal with. Michael Simmons-Daniels was amazing from the moment we stepped in. As a first time buyer I was confused and nervous and having been to an appointment elsewhere I was confused and slightly disappointed. This is the first and last time I will rent with Haart. These guys are very unprofessional and the service they provide is horrible. Especially coming from a very polite and professional service Haart to me is way behind it's competitors. Issues faced: 1. They rented the house without even showing it to us saying that there was competition from others who were willing to take the property. I should not have confirmed the property as the process seemed very unethical to me. They kept saying that the current tenant is unwilling to show owing to Covid19. However, went ahead with the property trusting the information provided in the ad. 2. Wrong Information in the ad: there was a floorplan which went missing as soon as I had taken the property. The floorplan was absolutely wrong and had dimensions bigger than they actually are. 3. I wanted to view the property before moving in and the gap between the last tenant and my move in date was 15 days. I was shown the property only two days before the move in denying me the time to cancel the rent altogether. 4. Moving in the cleaning of the property was anything but professional. There were a lot of issues "missed" by the inventory team and the agent was absolutely in disagreement. 5. The agent is not helpful in providing any service or assistance to us. Any message or text for any query or service is not routed by him to the relevant department and I only get a response to reconnect with a different team. It was my mistake by agreeing to rent this property by trusting this agent but the service provided is absolute disgrace. I would not recommend anyone to take any property from them. Edit: I have been living in this property for more than a year. The agent has been prompt in getting issues sorted. Hence improving the ratings to 3. Special kudos to Kitty for sorting things out promptly. Update: Although initially i had written a negative review it seems like a lot of issues have been sorted with this particular branch. Especially after Mr. Vesaim Ali joined the property management team in Luton. I have now left the tenancy and Mr. Ali ensured a smooth transition. Mr. Ali has been prompt with his response and I sincerely wish the best to the team.
