I meet with good lady , she explained very well to me and also gave me feed back call yesterday and I am satisfy with her, but my one question is with your firm that I am an Asian person and I don't have very good skills to understand English language very well if your representative speak very fastly so Sheela was very good but actually her language was too fast , so I was unable to understand in quick that what she was saying. It's my suggestion if a person come to your office and he or she have not the native language of English , plz speak slowly to him/her to understand very well what exactly you want say. My experience with Sheilagh and Sabrina was top notch. They were both very professional and receptive to my questions which they usually communicated to the seller’s solicitor or seller themselves. If they were not in the office when I called, either Sabrina or Sheilagh always made sure to call me back to update me on the progression of the sale. Overall, my experience with Haart Estate Agents was a positive one and being able to get in touch with them to get updates or voice concerns was quite reassuring for me as a first-time homebuyer. Haart Luton property magement department are flaky to say the least. It is difficult to get someone to answer the phone, their communication is not the best and their customer service skills are limited. I have however found one person in the department who bucks the trend. I spoke to Eunus (5* rating all day long), who managed to clear up an issue that had taken me numerous emails and phone calls without any noticable progress being made. He gave good advice and took ownership of the issues. I was going to pull my partnership with Haart however, after my interaction with Eunus I may hold their 'stay of execution' and remain with them for a while longer.
