I was in the process of sending out section 21 to my tenant but on speaking to Waz and the way he explained everything it made sense and today we ended up with my tenant having to renew the contract for another year. "I recently rented a property from Haart lettings through one of their staff Julia Babiarz and I have to say that she was an excellent letting agent. From the moment I contacted her about the property, she was friendly, helpful, and very responsive. She answered all of my questions promptly and was always available to arrange viewings at times that suited me. During the rental process, Julia was extremely professional and made everything very straightforward. She explained all the details of the lease agreement clearly and made sure that I understood everything before I signed. In the past 2 years with Haarts, at the beginning the relationship and communication was lukewarm, but in that time since Kitty took over our property she has been amazing and very responsive. Michael Birley was went beyond helpful and was in contact all the way through our project to answer any questions we had. Eventually when we were ready Michael made sure he had tenants already lined up to minimise non-occupancy time. Within 2 weeks of us being ready tenants had moved in. Amazing service!
