GoogleI have dealt with Michael Birley for renting my property and it was one of the best experience I ever had when it comes to renting. He has been very professional and more importantly has understood my needs rather than just trying to get the fees. He has given me the right advice and his skills of dealing with the issues I had was second to none. He has always listened to what I need and has delivered brillantly. I have already told him that I only want to deal with him in future. Its not very often that you get this level of service when dealing with estate agents. Tom Barker ( from the Luton Branch ) has always kept me in the loop with what is going on where the sake stage has got to and pushed me to chase. Very responsive and approachable. Tom knows exactly how sales work he is very good at what he does. Tom Barker will always be in my prayers thank you for all your help support and hearing me out when Ive had my melt down. GoogleWe recently switched over to haart. So far their service have been good. Jordan from team Luton is absolutely brilliant who is managing our property for us. He has been very helpful and always responds to our query as soon as possible. I will post an update six months later once all the inspections are done to see how things are then. He attended to me promptly and ensured he kept me informed on how and when things would be sort. Issues I've had pending were sorted on time. I recommend Vesaim for greater levels. GoogleA few weeks I contacted this agency and Mr. Masum Ali has accompanied me to see some flats. I am truly very happy with his very professional approach towards my needs. Mr. Ali also suggested to meet the broker who collaborates with the HAART agency who managed to get me a mortgage double the amount my own broker had managed to get in principal for me!!! I am truly very grateful to Mr. Ali for the care, helpfulness and gentleness. Mr. Ali is following me step by step and has also offered to help me filling out the solicitor forms, something that can be rather daunting for someone who is not knowledgeable of legal matters. I have experienced other agencies that I have called for some information regarding the lease of some properties and whether these properties were tenanted. The agents I spoke to did not have the information and some of them said that I would be called back to let me know, but I have never received a call from them. This has never happened with the HAART agency and Mr. Ali has always been professional, helpful, discreet and kind. I do commend Mr. Ali for his support and recommend this agency to anyone.

Thinking I would need to walk to the viewings, Matilda was kind enough to offer to pick me up from home and drive me to the viewings we had booked in. She turned a stressful situation into a positive one with her kindness and professionalism. Matilda sends me properties within my criteria as and when they are available and keeps in contact with me on a regular basis. Really impressed with the service and hope she continues to succeed within Haart.

GoogleI dont know where to begin with Haart. We had an agent by the name of Runell Islam who was God sent. He literally did everythihing he could do and went out if his way to make sure we got the right home for the family. When it came down to handling matters, Runell was incredibly easy to talk too, had a friendly smile and a very professional attitude. Runell was always available to answer any of our questions, even if this was out of working hours and even had us view two of the properties we couldn't make our minds on MULTIPLE times, in order for us to consider all the facts in making that final decision. Referencing for a new property can sometimes be a daunting procedure and a nightmare to get through, but Runell made this process comfortable by keeping us calm and helping us understand what we needed to do each step of the way till referencing was complete. When we was worried or confused Runell kept us updated continuously without fail and always assured us with a positive attitude and outlook that really contributed to our experience in getting our new property Thanks for the unforgettable participaition you displayed Runell, Honestly! & the due diligence from the rest of the haart team Yours Sincerly Hailton
