After looking for our first property for over a year, Haart estate agents have helped us secure our first property! From the day we registered with Haart until the day we collected our keys, the service has been excellent. Masum Ali has especially gone out of his way to provide us support about the property process to arranging bookings over the past year. We did have a property that fell through half way through the process via another agency however Ali gave us the confidence that they will us help through this process and so they did! Ali was always reachable and if not then he would return our call the same day or the next. Thomas Barker has also been supportive when Ali was not available. Both my husband and I are delighted to have purchased our property via Haart. We never had any problems with any of the team members, they have always been supportive and attentive. The service we received was excellent and we would recommend Haart to anyone looking for a property especially FTB. Once again thank you for your excellent service and we hope to work with you again in the near future!
