I don't think so it's even worth 1 star very lazy irresponsible and unprofessional staff, especially Jordan. I spoke with her a couple of times and she just answers me that there is no possibility of visiting the property which I think is unfair because you can have a surprise after that. She just sent me videos and all of them were disgusting and her comment on her was always it has been painted and refurbished. At some point, she text me because as I didn't answer about the property I was just keeping asking for others and she said literally "I felt you through a nice one but you didn't come to me, so it is probably best we leave it there" amazing, what an incredible seller! and then she bock me of Whataspp, so definitely I will never recommend them.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I really can’t rate this company highly enough. Always helpful and available. Did exactly what I asked, made sure everyone was clear and honest about expectations. No hard sell but honest advice. I had no qualms about giving them a free reign in their choice of marketing strategy and the house was sold within 48 hours. Friendly and professional and delivered exactly what they said they would. I had a very confidence in them. Marcus was superb at dealing with the advertising and actual sale and Manny then took over right up to completion. Plenty of communication and I knew what was happening the whole time

Marcus completely understood, that the seller is the client and if the buyer is at all flakey to move on. Thank you so much Marcus for making this second sale process so much better and Manny the move manager, you were great at keeping me in the loop the whole time between buyers questions to where the solicitors were at. All the best guys and I would definitely choose haart again.

I just purchased my first property through Haart. The process has taken way longer than expected as the property, which was chain free at the time I put my offer through, had suddenly become a chain, and this has caused a very long delay. However, Manny, the move manager at Haart, has always been very professional and kept me posted on everything. He was my main point of communication, I received news from Manny way before than my solicitor. This was my first time buying a property, lot of new things to learn, going through really stressful months, and communication is key. Manny has been great not only in keeping me updated but was also always available when I called and needed to speak to him. Very grateful to have had Manny looking after us!

We as a family would like to thank Manni for all his help, support and patience. Manni played a big role in helping us purchasing our property. He has always responded to our emails and calls and welcomed us with our visits to the branch no matter how busy he was. I can’t connect with any of the agents. Communication needs improvement. I am currently using this agency and want to leave an honest review. It is often very difficult to contact property management - calls are rarely answered. I have been waiting for my remote fob for several months and still don’t have it, and my parking space is often taken by another car. Wanted to give an excellent review for the lovely Sarah Burke who was able to deal with a number of major problems I had with my house share property recently. As a new landlord to the Haart Property Letting & Property Management Service she is a true asset to the business. A very positive professional lady. Her management skills of dealing with everything and liaising with other members of the team to get to the root of the problem and sorting it is brilliant. I had already been dealing with Sarah on a few other minor issues since coming to Haart which she dealt with superbly. Always getting to the root of the problem and rectifying it immediately. However at the beginning of this month in a very bizarre unfortunate situation one morning. Sarah got landed with four separate major problems to do with my property. Luckily for me, Sarah was able to deal with them all at the same time and get the matters rectified within a short space of time in a friendly professional manner. Sarahs knowledge in all these issues was amazing and she was determined to get everything resolved as quickly as possible. I am truly grateful and glad that with Sarah Burke’s help, the matter was resolved. I can only speak very highly of all the team at Haart Lettings and Property Management service who have all taken a big weight off my shoulders of dealing with the running of my house share. Thank you for all your help support and understanding since taking over. I really appreciate everything all of you have done. Especially in this current pandemic when the laws for landlords and tenants are changing so often. As a landlord you do not realise how much legal issues need to be adhered to in this present time which can be mind-boggling.
