GoogleWe were very impressed with Victoria Bonds professional attitude and lovely telephone manner. She had arranged a viewing for us in Ludlow which is a 3 hour journey from our current address. We had all sorts of obstacles in our way including inclement weather, flooding roads, car breaking down and then a flat tyre! The sales team at Nock Deighton were very professional and kept us in the loop at all times, leading to a successful offer. As the conveyancing progressed there was some delay as searches required further information to be shared across solicitors and estate agents. This is where a dedicated point of contact with sales progression is particularly important. Ashleigh as the Nock Deighton Sales Progressor not only kept us informed of the current situation during the time leading up to exchange of contracts, but linked all parties to smooth out the information flow. GoogleI wanted to buy J Cottage in a location one only sees in dreams, just after a cottage went to another buyer. The crisp voice of phillipa was a joy to talk to concidering my poor hearing, and the process was taken on quickly, on viewing the large garden area and a trout stream all part of it I was taken back by its beauty. An internal viewing was arranged and the agent arrived on time , I was under no illusions as to the level of work required to bring this 19th century cottage back to its 60s glory! It was daunting, but my enthusiasm was scary, and I wanted that dream, we and nock deighton proceeded and all the staff piled in to get the work done. Then' I recieved a call from Morris marshal and pool stating that a buyer had failed to go through with the first cottage,. This cottage was not as romantic in its setting. But as always practicality rules the day and I had to cancel J cottage, I will never forget that cottage or those who worked to a process not always easy ,. And nock deighton have wonderfull staff full of the upper cusp of life,. Thank you girls and boys. I enjoyed the experience,. Even if my parting has the shadow of sadness ,. Who ever buyers J cottage! Please invite me to visit when all the work is done ,.

From our first contact with Phillipa at Nock Deighton she has been exemplary in the support provided. Phillipa has consistently worked to go the extra mile and keep in touch, providing a very professional and personal service. One of the first things Phillipa explained was her role to match people to homes. It is testament to her customer focus and service that I am writing this review despite eventually making a a purchase via an alternative estate agent.

GoogleBuying a property in a pandemic and an unprecedented housing market where properties were selling within hours was a challenge to say the least! The team at Nock Deighton were fabulous from the start and Debbie, Laura and Philippa couldn't have been more helpful. When a property went on the market late in the afternoon one day and I happened to be in the area, Philippa organised a viewing within 30 mins for me and I was even personally escorted to the property for a viewing. Excellent customer service from the onset and I would highly recommend.

Special credit should be given to Corrabeth and Abigail, who have been outstanding during those sales and purchases. Next time i need to, i know where to go!

GoogleI've rented with NOCK Deighton for just over 5 yrs now, and have found them to be very accommodating, easy to communicate with and very professional, my house inspections with Viv Jones. Have always been straight forward, unabtrusive and prompt, giving helpful advice and always asking if everything is going OK. I would recommend using this agency to either manage a property or rent a property with.
