I have been living in California for 30 years! Trying to keep contacts with family and do business are both very difficult. Having 6,000 miles away and 8 hours distance is not easy! From talking to Slawek with an initial enquiry, Chris conducting the valuation then Phillipa managing the sales process, it was seamless. I can't praise the staff at Nock Deighton highly enough. The whole team are friendly, professional and efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Chris's approach to marketing is the best I have come across, both in terms of the quality and his willingness to work with us and discuss options. He is very approachable and was always there to answer questions and solve any issues that came up - this is a reason in itself why I would wholeheartedly recommend Nock Deighton Ludlow. I always felt listened to, which made a process I never enjoy far less stressful than it could have been. Chris even did an extra visit to the property to sort out a question that arose during the conveyancing process, which was above and beyond anything I would have expected. Hazel in the Sales Progression team was also wonderful. She solved problems and questions that arose and handled a lot of communications with both our buyer and seller that kept things going smoothly and considerably reduced the stress involved. I would say that this was as important as the marketing in making sure that we actually exchanged contracts on both sale and purchase.

In dealing with Slawek Zalewski recently, in finding a new tenant for our rental property in Ludlow, we found him to be extremely courteous and efficient. Slawek managed to install tenants in the property within a couple of weeks from when the property was made available. The documents for signature were presented to us in a timely manner. Absolutely atrocious service!! My Husband contacted the Ludlow branch on Saturday 22nd September to ask for a viewing of a rented house on their books for Friday 28th @ 3pm, he was told the letting team were busy and as we currently live in Spain he gave my email address so they could contact us. No response by Monday lunchtime, so he rang again and spoke to another person who was most apologetic, but ensured him that someone would contact us via email ASAP! No response again by Tuesday lunchtime, so he rang again and spoke to yet another different person who was also very apologetic but would pass the message on to the unobtainable lettings team!! It is now Wednesday late morning and still no response!! This is incredibly annoying as we are only in the UK for 4 days (which was explained to everyone spoken to) and need to view as many properties that we are interested in within that time period. However thanks to what we can only assume is an extreme lack of communication between the staff or a complete indifference to our needs this property will not be one of the properties, which I'm sure the current Landlords would find very disappointing!!
