She’s kept us up to date throughout every step and helped with any enquires we had, which has been so valuable especially being first time buyers. Nock Deighton provided brilliant service while I rented a property in Shropshire. Natasha Collier was particularly helpful. Would definitely recommend to prospective renters!

My husband and I have just purchased our first property and the team at Nock Deighton have gone above and beyond to help us. Laura McCord was a real superstar when we were searching for a property, always contacting us when a suitable house was about to come on the market and being so patient as we had a long list of "must haves"! Chris, the independent mortgage advisor at ND, is also wonderful and highly recommended. Claire in the Sales Progression team was an angel when it came to the legal side of the purchase and really held our hands through the process - as we are clueless first time buyers! We're so happy to be buying through Nock Deighton.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Laura was our agent when we decided to buy in Shropshire. Coming from Hampshire, we couldn't just pop around for a look. When we needed anything Laura was able to help and certainly went above and beyond what we expected. A truly first class service and we would highly recommend the office and would use them again. We love our house and hope we don't have to! Many thanks.

I used Nick Deighton as my agent to sell our late father's house. I found them top drawer from start to finish. Special mention to Samuel Patrick who dealt with the sale in a professional manner and kept me informed throughout. Many thanks

My Mum, Aline Davies, rents a property through Nock Deighton and I find that any problems reported are dealt with promptly and efficiently. As Mum is elderly, this is obviously important and I would like to give a special mention to Tracey Jones for her help in sorting out the recent issue at the propertyPositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I have nothing but praise for this company and in particular Laura McCord who was so professional, protecting her vendor's position and working so hard to make the deal work. I have rarely come across such professionalism and indeed empathy in the property industry. I would also mention Ashley who works on the sale progression side and is also a pleasure to deal with.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Avoid. Bought my house through them no problems all happy. Rented through them - terrible Communication between my tenants to them then me. Things just just not getting done. Tried to sell through them. Wrong information sent to the wrong people lying to various parties causing failed sales. Over nearly a year in the market and hardly and views (I switched and have had dozens in a few months).PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Absolutely terrible website it keeps popping up with getting you to value your property that you have to sell what happens when you don't have anything to sell? Try to look at properties for sale put in postcode area it won't let you put in say a 10 mile radius. All the while poups in the middle of screen that you can't get rid of never see such a bad Web site completely rubbish. Give up and use another agent

We used Nock Deighton's services when we sold a property in Orleton. We received excellent advice from Debbie about what we needed to do to the property to make it 'sale ready ' . We were hoping for a quick sale and were not disappointed , mainly due to the 'spot on' price suggested by Debbie . We were very impressed with the professional and personal service we received and the whole process was completely painless! I would highly recommend Nock Deighton as an Estate Agent and would certainly use their services in the future .

We have been working with ND for some time now but more closely with Tracey Jones in resolving some difficult issues with our rental following some roof damage and other more trivial issues. Close to a conclusion now and she has certainly been extremely helpful in keeping our client updated on progress. Good to work with a professional with the right attitude for client and tenant.

We recently spoke to Philippa Jackman-Day after calling for a property viewing. Philippa was extremely helpful, knowledgeable about the properties and secured us a couple of viewings right away. We are speaking to LOTS of estate agents at the moment and both my husband and I commented on her professionalism and efficiency. Thank you for your help and understanding Philippa.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Nock Deighton were fantastic when they sold us our new home. Debbie was great when we were negotiating the sale. Friendly and efficient. We then dealt with Laura, who was again helpful and on the ball when it came to correspondence between us and the seller. Thank you for making it as stress less as possible!
