GoogleI contacted Nock Deighton in May to value my house to put up for sale. After several emails and phone calls I finally received the valuation on 1st of August instead of 16th of May. I Today Asked for a call off Chris after receiving an email off him this morning that was full of incorrect facts. I’m still awaiting a reply, I’ve had an email reply and they don’t want to be involved in the sale of the house which just proves how bad they are, I don’t know why they are discriminating against me I’ve purely felt with them by phone and email and my house is ready to go for sale. it’s ridiculous service, hopefully they will want to sort this review out by actions coming and doing a valuation on my property and keeping us informed on every level.

GoogleViv Jones has been doing our home visits now for 2 years. She is punctual, professional and extremely respectful. Her visits are not intrusive. We always share a laugh as she is so friendly and kind. I could not rate Viv highly enough.

GoogleCalled three times to request information about 2 properties. Unable to provide a simple confirmation on whether there was availability to view them, I was told that someone would get back to me that same day (twice). I have still not heard back. How hard is it to communicate with your customers especially considering they have chased you up twice after their initial call? I would be extremely concerned advertising with an agency who seems to be missing out on potential opportunities, but more impotantly doesn't seem to follow through on their word. Considering the financial devotion people have put into their homes, I would imagine trust is of vital importance, therefore I would not recommend.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleCompleted the sale of my lovely cottage in the Shropshire Hills today and I cannot praise the entire team at Nock Deighton enough. I used the Ludlow office. From the valuation with Philippa, then viewings booked by Isabelle and Victoria, viewings accompanied by David and sales progression by Ashleigh, who kept the momentum going, the whole thing was seamless and as pain free as possible. GoogleSecond to none in terms of residential letting knowledge Slawek Zalewski is the bomb! I knew from the moment I first met him that I would use his services over any other agent in town. He was always punctual, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. Slawek also didn't stop until he got every RTA term correct which was really important to me as well. Thanks Slawek :)

GoogleA big thank you to all the team at the Ludlow office, a special mention too Slawek and Viv , who over the period of the house being built, then finding a tenant within 4 days of listing, certainly exceeded our expectations. We bought off plan in Ludlow at the Quarry Place development and listened to the advice and knowledge that Slawek brought in helping us to achieve our goals in renting our property. Slawek visited the site during its build and kept in touch giving information about the current market and what we could expect. At all times calls were returned, all paperwork was handled professionally and information that we discussed was relevant and in touch with the market. Anything we were missing or needed was quickly sorted and we are very happy with the result that has been achieved to date A big thank you from us at Richard Coglan Ltd

GoogleIve recently sold my house with nock Deighton in Ludlow, I can only say the most professional and friendly estate agents I’ve ever dealt with all the staff are fabulous, I sold my house with Victoria who is just amazing at her job. Nothing is to much trouble there always happy to help listen to what you want as a seller, I can’t fault them in anyway, I had a flexible contract on a rolling 28days, there fees where low to. If you want to sell a house around the Ludlow area I’d recommend this estate agent 100% I can’t fault there service at all in anyway !
