My wife and I have recently moved into a property that was being sold through Nock Deighton. Laura McCord was the agent we mainly dealt with, she proved invaluable for us. We were moving from Berkshire so we're unable to just pop over should we have any queries or concerns. Absolutely brilliant service. Primrose and Slawek did a great job in selling our house. Primrose kept in contact by informing us of everything that was going on with viewings. Debbie was always on hand if there was any questions that needed an answer. All in all a top quality job all round by the Ludlow branch during this stressful time of selling. Rating solely based on the First Stage of Purchase, based on my interaction with Laura in the initial stages of purchasing a property. Laura is courteous, professional and replied in good time each of the query without the need for chasing her. She has excellent interpersonal skills and demeanour. It has been a pleasure dealing with Nock Deighton via Laura. Their Sale Progression and freelance viewing staff were all extremely disappointing and frustrating to deal with that we will not be buying or selling via Nock Deighton.

I liked the energy. The whole team at the Ludlow office were interested, confident and proactive. Philippa went to enormous lengths to get the particulars just right and Slawek was unfailingly helpful. Laura took the sale forward arranging viewings with charm and concluding matters most efficiently. Initial meetings with Chris and subsequent negotiations were spot on. Following the agreed sale and purchase Athina and her team carried on to completion, delayed in part by the pandemic, with patience, skill and determination. Thank you all.

We started the process of buying with a FaceTime viewing with Philippa Jackman-Day which proved to be a very good experience and helped us come to a decision. The opportunity to be able to ask questions real time and to ask to revisit parts of the property was very helpful in these Covid times. Since our offer acceptance Philippa has been very helpful and always positive in outlook and approach. Overall a very professional performance. She has chased and harried where needed and encouraged throughout in what has been for everyone a strange time. I am at a loss to understand the role of the separate Nock Deighton sales progression team as they seem to have done little or nothing to aid the transaction process, this may be due to pressure of work, but overall inspired little confidence.

We have had a good experience with Nock Deighton ludlow. Early on Chris Kemp was informative and provided us with reassurance in unpredictable market. The staff have all been very friendly but in particular Debbie Perrott was fantastic. In her hands I felt reassured and confident that the sale of our house was being dealt with competently and efficiently. She has managed to strike the balance of being personable and professional. I feel she has worked her hardest to sell our house in a manner which was satisfying to both ourselves and (as I can see from the reviews below) our buyers.
