As an estate agents son I have high expectations regarding conduct and professionalism in estate agency. I was very pleased we asked Nock Deighton to sell our house, the team at Ludlow really demonstrated that they wanted to sell our house and Laura McCord was our main contact . From the moment we gave Nock Deighton the house to sell the team were 'on it' and appointments were set up with the photographer, floor plan producer, an EPC assessor and a video tour producer. A week after saying 'go' the house was on the market. One of the reasons we chose Nock Deighton was that they are tuned in to the use of social media and our house had campaigns on Facebook. We also liked the fact that the firm have a sales progression team once a firm offer has been received. Athina and Hazel Price kept us regularly informed of how the chain was progressing.

Thank you for a professional and pleasant experience of selling a bungalow for me, ND you were great. Thanks to Laura for your personal touch it made all the difference. The only downside was a comment from the prospective buyers, that the person showing them around the property was ‘useless’ and did not contribute at all, except to opening the front door. I did not meet these people but I feel you should know . Otherwise, all good.

Can't recommend these guys highly enough. Very professional, very responsive and very helpful. We even managed to sell our property without having to go on the market! We dealt with Isabelle at the Ludlow office and she's always been a pleasure to speak with, very efficient and knowledgeable and very prompt at replying to us. Selling/moving house can be quite a stressful experience. We chose Nock Deighton because of their professionalism, they came to see us well prepared and knowing the market in our location. Benjamin their photographer did a first class job, and the brochure was very attractive, and represented our home well. We sold our house very quickly. Abigail Anderson took care of us from then on. She's the kind of Estate Agent everyone needs, she kept us informed, she was super friendly and really helped to drive our sale. I have no hesitation in recommending Nock Deighton.

Our journey to selling our home began with a phone call. We had received a flyer in the post the day we very had the conversation that the time to move had come. I spoke with Corrabeth and a home visit was arranged. I warmed to her immediately; she was reassuring and insightful. I am sure all home owners think that their home is special - we do/did. I knew at that meeting that we and our home would be safe in her hands. The process to getting on the market was made easier by a fool proof online form and always the back up of an email or a call if we weren't sure. The day we had the photographs done couldn't have been nicer, the sun shone and Sam did a brilliant job. In the office Abi and Samuel were helpful and diligent - missed calls are never an issue as they clearly recognise the value of multiple communication threads. Viewing ran like clockwork and the weekend team of Katherine and David meant that we could be away and not miss opportunities. Truly we have been delighted by the service Nock Deighton has provided; Corrabeth and the team really delivered and unusually I will miss them when the selling is over.

Our selling journey was particularly torrid in particular the last few months and we are happy to have had Nock Deighton in our corner. There were a couple of minor hiccups in the early stages with communication and staff moving on but these were easily and quickly resolved. Following sale agreed we moved to the sales progression team but within a couple of weeks this process was moved back to the selling agent and in our case was Abigail in Ludlow, the first stage was straight forward but then we had delay upon delay, this went on for another three months and this is where Abigail was fantastic, she went above and beyond every day, she and the whole team were incredibly supportive when we really needed that support.
