GoogleA big shout out to Viv Jones who has been so very good on the property inspections throughout the Covid restrictions. Thanks to the virtual visits all parties were able to fulfil the regular property inspections. Viv was very helpful and understanding throughout each visit. Take a bow Viv!

Athina was especially tenacious tracking down the solicitor at the bottom of the chain who went AWOL when everyone wanted to exchange.

GoogleMy wife & I have been very happy with the service from Nock Deighton in Ludlow. Unfortunately, there has been quite a turnover of staff during the six months we’ve had the house on the market. This has resulted in some breakdown in continuity. However, each member of the team we’ve had contact with has always acted in a professional and friendly manner. Most recently we’ve been looked after by Abigail Anderson, who’s always done her best to provide us with feedback. Sadly, she was recently off sick, and during that time, we had to chase for feedback on two viewings. Abi has always been helpful and friendly, we thank her for that. Now that we’ve achieved a sale, we look forward to finding our next perfect home.

GoogleVery organised. Really good process for both seller and buyer. Excellent communication and once a deal has been struck, they dedicate someone to follow through with both solicitors. The most effective and efficient property sale I I have had. If you're going to sell in Ludlow, use Nock D. Very pleased I did!

GoogleCorrabeth did a great job organising viewings, ensuring her colleagues did everything neccesary so as many people as possible viewed our property. She also coped with the difficult situation of dealing with two people who are divorced and do not alwayd share the same views. Negotiations with our buyer were handled by Abigail who was very efficient and I have faith in her completing the sale.
