GoogleI've been a tenant for the last five years with Nock Deighton and the team there have been very professional. Natasha and Viv especially. Any maintenance requests have been dealt with promptly and good notice is given on any entrance into the property for boiler servicing etc. If you've had a stressful experience with landlords in the past, I'd recommend a letting with Nock Deighton.

GoogleA swift decision to purchase a new home locally, meant that we had to sell our current house in Ludlow in double quick time. Estate agents Nock Deighton were chosen as they were also marketing the property we wanted to secure. In spite of the difficulties caused by the Covid 19 situation, we have been very pleased with the professionalism of everyone we encountered at the company. However, special mention must be made of Philippa Jackman-Day who not only sold the house following a Facetime viewing, but has personally shepherded the sale and purchase to a successful conclusion. GoogleFound Samuel to be very helpful and accommodating on trying to secure a purchase for us. Unfortunately it wasn’t meant to be but cannot fault his efforts in trying to get things moving . Would definitely recommend and have no hesitation in buying a property with his help again.
