GoogleWhen first renting from Nock Deighton the staff were very helpful but during the course of the tenancy we had to have inspections every 6 months. The person who came to inspect was exceedingly rude patronizing each time she Visited. When we handed our notice in to leave the property we had an email to ask us to vacate the property by the end of the month with no information about what the wanted us to do with the keys. We handed the keys back to the office on a day it was open and they have charged us extra. I would not recomend this company again.

GoogleI am very impressed with Nock Deighton Ludlow, who have provided an exemplary service regarding our house sale. Always professional, friendly, and attentive, they respond promptly to any queries, maintain transparent communication with all parties, and go the extra mile to make sure everyone is in the picture and in agreement. On occasion their staff have even dealt with something out of office hours to give us peace of mind. Our house sale is occurring as the world moves into the uncertain waters of pandemic lockdown; Nock Deighton's standards of care and service are being upheld throughout. I highly recommend them.

GoogleA most excellent service from initial contact through to completion. Excellent photographs for publicity which were changed over the period of the sale. Friendly and efficient staff showing viewers around the property. Office staff prepared to go the 'extra mile' to assist in the sale and completion. One must highlight the professional and efficient work of Philippa in tirelessly pursuing a difficult completion. This included working during her holiday, evenings and weekends. She is great asset to the Company. Excellent service throughout and I would totally recommend the Company to others Graham Winton

GoogleHad nothing but great service from Nock Deighton. As tenant, all issues are fixed in a timely manner and always able to get hold of someone if i need to. All property visits we have had by Viv Jones have been very friendly and non intrusive and always on time

GoogleAlways friendly, always had time for our questions and willing to talk us through things when needed. We had some unfortunate moments arranging viewings, where there some miscommunication. However, our viewer, who showed us the house, was great and was very helpful.

GoogleEverybody in the office has been very helpful throughout the sale process and during the difficult period of the pandemic. I wouldn’t like to pick out one person for special mention because it has been a real team effort. We are now under offer and hopefully the sale will go through without a hitch. I would definitely recommend Nock Deighton Ludlow, if you are thinking of selling your home.
