GoogleHad some viewings yesterday with Lindell. He was so warm and welcoming. He took his time to introduce himself and really showed us around the properties in a detailed way. GoogleRented with William H Brown for a year. While there the property management team were first class. Megan was always helpful and dealt with everything as soon we called. We have since moved out and dealt with Rob and Sophie who made this simple and easy. Helpful the whole way through and nothing was too much bother. Couldn’t praise them enough. Highly recommend.

GoogleFantastic service from start to finish, Charlotte was outstanding and very professional in taking all of our property requirements. Rachel showed us round a property in which we felt very relaxed and answered all our questions to a high standard. Iv been to a number of estate agents in lowestoft but have never recieved such a high level of service, and would highly recommend william h brown of lowestoft.

GoogleBy far the worst estate agent in Lowestoft ,paid 1400 to move in a flat ,boiler went wrong was left 3 weeks with no hot water and gas all over Xmas n new year , wouldnt do nothing said they don’t look after my flat the landlord dose,Yet I paid the money to William browns , went to see a solicitor next thing iv got eviction notice 2montjs to get out all fir complaining about not haveing gas and hot water.

GoogleVery difficult to get a call back or arrange a viewing. Then the agent doing the viewing did not want me there, would not show me around, had an attitude when I tried to look upstairs and repeatedly told me the property was not for me. Surely that's for me as a buyer to decide, and his job was to advertise/sell it.. He then suggested I viewed one nearby that was 35k above my price range. Subsequently I informed them I would not consider purchasing through them and that they were not to contact me again but it has still taken numerous attempts to get them to stop contacting me about other properties. Strange considering how difficult it was to get hold of them in the first place.

GoogleI was uncertain about buying a small property to let out but Sam and the lettings team have been helpful, friendly and professional all the way. Megan is always cheerful and reassuring. I thought it might be difficult when the property came up for re-letting in the middle of lockdown but the team made it easy.

Gave us plenty of time to ask questions and did not press for a decision on our selling our house.
