Please do not rent through this company as you'll only be disappointed. Lack of communication, not helpful, rude and repairs take forever to be done. If you want your deposit back don't expect it to be pronto. They won't contact you, you'll need to do that yourself and wait months for it to even be given back to you. Landlord recently moved the tenancy over to W H Brown from another and the process for us was as tenants was brilliant. A general house inspection was done properly and adhered to covid precautions etc. Super friendly staff and never had any problem getting through to somebody at the office when needed. From the moment I walked into William H Brown I felt welcome and upon meeting Vikki I knew I'd be more than comfortable using her as our mortgage advisor. Being a first time buyer I felt the whole experience was going to be terrifying but she's made my husband and I feel really comfortable and informed throughout all stages so far. I cannot praise her enough for her professional nature but also for being so friendly and warm that she has made the process feel much less stressful for me than I thought it would be.
