Exchanged contracts today & we complete in the New Year! That's 14 weeks from making my initial offer which is pretty impressive these days. I had no idea that the sale would be assigned a Sales Progressor" by the estate agent. Megan C made contact as soon as the offer was accepted and she was there to liaise with me and the seller plus both solicitors to push the process through on a reasonable timescale as well as answering all those questions a solicitor makes you feel stupid (and sometimes charges) you for asking. Having bought properties in the past, I can't praise and thank Megan enough for her good humour and support. She certainly took a lot of the stress out of the process for me and was a total star from start to finish. I should also mention her 5-star inclusion and diversity awareness - I requested all contact to be via email to accommodate neurodivergence and this was facilitated without issue or hiccup.I hope management pass on and discuss positive reviews because if they want an example of how to effectively and efficiently engage with clients - Megan C is the staff member to see.

GoogleMinors and Brady are great agents. We are currently selling our property with them. The team are courteous and friendly. The communication is always in good time and we feel completely involved. The suggestions they make are fair and make sense. Nivea Sampson has been our agent and has so far done an excellent job, thorough and delivers when she says she will. Maximum stars and thumbs up!!!

Claire Wilson has done an incredible job making this whole process a lot less stressful than I thought it would be, the communication was brilliant, attention to detail was fantastic and she has shown to be incredibly experienced. We’ve found Minors and Brady much more proactive in arranging viewings than any other estate agent. I have had great service from Chris both in trying to sell my property, as well as helping me purchase another with minors and Brady. He has been very helpful and supportive in both instances.Elle hosted some viewings for us and was great, and she showed us a property as well, and we were impressed how knowledge and researched she was.Both were very professional and a credit to the company.

Cassandra at Minors and Brady was an absolute gem throughout the process of buying our first home. As total beginners with no clue about how things worked, we were honestly overwhelmed at first. But Cassandra was incredibly patient and understanding, taking the time to explain everything clearly and guide us step by step. She was always there to support us, answering every question (even the silly ones!) and making sure we felt comfortable and confident with every decision.Her helpfulness went above and beyond, she really made what could have been a stressful experience feel so much smoother. Been a while since i bought a house and needed to use an agent, but Minors and Brady made things smooth as glass! The vendor needed a quick move which worried me at first, but a big shout out to Jessica Kemp who was there at every step, and we completed on time without any issues.Even after completion, and the office had run out of celebration red wine, Jessica stepped up to ensure we got a bottle in the end - amazing!

I worked with Ange at Minors & Brady when I recently sold a property. It wasn't the easiest property to seel as it was a rental that I had not lived in. There were inspections to do and some minor work to complete so that the buyers could get a mortgage. Ange managed the whole process in a remarkably proficient and patient way. She made sure that stuff got done and kept me on the straight and narrow when I might have given up! On top of all of that, she was always cheerful, encouraging and helpful. You can't really ask for more than that...

We had the pleasure of working with Aysegul ‘Ayse’ Capti with the purchase of our first property. Even though I was abroad when our offer was accepted, Ayse was very helpful and made the next steps stress-free. Always friendly and helpful. Communication was always excellent and even when our solicitors were not helpful or on the ball, Ayse was on hand to sort and put us at ease.No questions were too big or too small and she always had time to talk to us.I would I highly recommend Minors and Brady, and Ayse specifically.
