GoogleMy dealings with M&B so far have been pretty decent. Especially now I have a direct contact there (Holly). I have found Holly to be responsive efficient and polite. She also doesn't patronise which has been my wider experience with letting agents. I hope she stays!!

GoogleI was very impressed with the promptness Samuel Sykes - Drinkell contact a plumber to sort the problem of my overflow running outside of the flat .Also impressed with the plumber ,very nice friendly man. I felt like he knew what he was talking about. Hopefully it's sorted now . Thank you to both of them .

Polite, engaging, interested in why we are looking at the particular area, also what type of property we need. She answered any questions we had and also interacted well with us and also the vendors. Ruby was professional but also made us feel at ease and she had a good rapport with the property owners. I would like to highly commend her to the managers of Lowestoft Minors&Brady Estate Agents and wish her well in her work with them. All being well, we will be moving to the area once we have sold our own property.
