The agent, Lara, was very professional when showing me around the property I wanted to view. She was on time with the appointment and had great knowledge about the house. I was given a full sales brochure which was a nice touch. I wouldn't hesitate in using Minors and Brady again.

GoogleMinors & Brady have been absolutely superb throughout the entire process of selling my Mum's house. Initially worked with Dan to get the property on the market & listed with the drone shots, it sold within a couple of days, Dan even arranged the completion of all the paperwork for Mum including getting it delivered back to the conveyancers which was greatly appreciated. After-sales moved to Jasmine who without doubt was absolutely amazing - Jasmine stepped way over, above & beyond to ensure the sales process completed given the both the assigned conveyancing as well as solicitors teams were absolutely inept. Jasmine's attention to detail, her relentless pursuit within the process & sheer determination were the only reason that this whole process completed successfully, she ran rings around anyone else that we had to deal with - her communications skills were brilliant, often responding way out of business hours to ensure that we were constantly kept up to date. Both Jasmine & Dan are a complete asset to Minors & Brady, a huge thank you to you both for an amazing job extremely well done !

GoogleHannah graver from minors & brady met us at a property we were interested in to show us around. Straight away she made us feel comfortable, being first time buyers we didn’t know what to expect. Hannah was very friendly and professional answering any questions we had. We had previously viewed 2 other properties with others companies and Hannah was by far the best, we would definitely use minors & Brady and Hannah again. Selling a family home in a popular town was proving difficult and local estate agent was not particularly active. Then we engaged Minors & Brady who were an enthusiastic breath of fresh air. They have a wide catchment area and we had viewing quickly & a sale agreed in no time.
