Caitlin at Minors and Brady has been great! We recently purchased our house through Minors and Brady and their after sales team was so helpful. Caitlin went above and beyond to provide us with help, and was so kind throughout the whole process. The chain was a bit rocky at times and I genuinely think that it was thanks to Caitlin’s dedication and hard work that everything ran as smoothly as it did.

What a great experience, the team at Caister were honest and realistic about the price would achieve for our Dads house, the pictures taken were brilliant considering the weather. Overall we were happy with the service provided by Minors and Brady. In particular Nagilla Santos who was respectful, helpful and professional during a testing completion process. Going forward I would suggest re-thinking who to introduce as buyers as our overseas buyer made the process so much more challenging and there stressful.

Cass was assigned to manage my purchase process following agreement to completion. She was extremely helpful, she chased Solicitors & gave weekly progress reports. She liaised with the sellers as required & was always very professional & quick to respond. Minors & Brady as an Estate Agents were excellent. They allowed us the time we required at the property on a number of occasions & were very supportive throughout the buying process.

GoogleMinors & Brady are marketing my late mum's house for sale and so far so good. All members of the team have been really responsive keeping me informed and giving prompt and constructive feedback but a big shout out to Despina, Dan and Bradley. Despina went the extra mile to ensure the brochure was as our family wanted and represented mum's home in the best way. Dan showed empathy at the same time as enthusiasm along with great local knowledge, and Bradley has taken some fantastic photos. Very happy so far. 3 months later I can confirm that my mum's house sale has gone through smoothly and that in addition to the members of the team mentioned above I would like to thank Julia Pauluch. Julia took over the aftersales and religiously chased both my solicitors and the buyer's on a weekly basis. She then updated both myself and the buyer on how things were progressing. This attention to detail really made the difference in terms of the flow of communication which otherwise can be scanty and lead to anxiety. GoogleMe and my partner are planning to look for a new home and we came across minors and Brady! I’m glad we did! Ollee is currently helping us looking for a new home as he is so helpful and we have have a few viewing coming up with them! Customer service is fantastic!! I highly recommend! My friend is looking to move home and I have recommended minors and Brady, and to speak to Ollee as he is helping me and my partner a lot.

She has even taken time out on Friday to come for a second viewing with us as we feel comfortable around her as she has given us very good advice! And we know we can always ask for her help. GoogleHave really enjoyed dealing with Minors & Brady recently. We see the house advertised and Millie showed us around the house the following day she was very friendly and polite, she even came back a second time to show us around before we put the offer in. Jack, Charlie and Tamzin (I really hope I have there names correct) have all been fantastic and able to keep me updated. Highly recommend Ellen for mortgage advice, she's been nothing short of 5* for advice and getting everything through. Now for a speedy completion! If your thinking of selling/buying I highly recommend Minors and Brady Thankyou again 😊

Charlie has seen me through both and was always pleasant and professional Keeping me up to date and answeringii any questions. Jamie has now taken over for after sales and has also been very helpful and I thank him also I am now looking forward too getting a moving date Many thanks to all staff I have now got a moving date and although it has taken a while I would like to thank Scot O’Neil for seeing us through to completion and for his patience

GoogleI have two parts to this review; Julia who eventually dealt with our sale (after 2 staff members left) is an asset to the company. She took a genuine interest in our needs and put in a lot of time to champion our case in order for the sale to succeed. Julia was always reliable and 99% of the time would call back when asked and regularly kept us updated. She responded quickly and efficiently to solicitors requests, and developed a friendly rapport with both us and our buyer. We were grateful for her support and honesty, and felt she personally wanted the sale to succeed as she knew how much it meant to us. As for Minors and Brady, we were disappointed. After initial enthusiasm and promises to put our house on the market and the success of a quick sale, the after sales (apart from Julia) was disappointing. We felt we were passed from pillar to post initially, with a distinct lack of communication though out, and their recommendation of solicitors severely impacted the progress and speed of our sale. Obviously we were pleased to sell, and the photos were great, but we would have appreciated more commitment to us as customers from the team as a whole. We felt undervalued once our house was STC.

GoogleClaire Wilson has been amazing all the way through my sale and purchase. My on going purchase through another estate agent was nothing but trouble she was there to help all the way through. She has definitely worked hard but made it seem like nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend Minors & brady 100% they have been brilliant form the start with amazing pictures of my house, throughout with continuous support and updates right to the very end.

GoogleWe are in the process of selling our property with Minors & Brady and Hannah Graver was the lady who shew people around our house, she was always on time and always let me know how the viewings went and answered any questions i had. We have viewed a couple of potential properties for ourselves aswell with Hannah and she is really informative and very friendly and so easy to talk to which is always a good thing 😀 Such a lovely lady that makes you feel very comfortable.

She was welcoming and professional, and above all incredibly patient with us as we spent far longer at the property than we expected. She knew everything we wanted to know about the property without pointing out the obvious as some do, and made the whole experience really positive for us. She also arranged a follow up visit promptly and came straight back to me with detailed answers to my further questions. Well done Hannah!
