We would like to thank Hannah Graver for a first class service at a viewing yesterday. She was welcoming and professional, and above all incredibly patient with us as we spent far longer at the property than we expected. She knew everything we wanted to know about the property without pointing out the obvious as some do, and made the whole experience really positive for us. Hannah showed us a property yesterday, excellent knowledge of the property and area. Hannah was friendly, professional and made us feel very comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble, Hannah allowed us to view the property a couple of times and was helpful with suggestions/ ideas as to how to improve it.The property owner was ill and Hannah showed such empathy and kindness. I would highly recommend Hannah and I would be very happy if Hannah was helping to buy or sell my home. So far so good ! Been looking to buy my first property for the last 3 months (on and off). Probably 80% of the viewings were with M&B and I couldn’t fault anyone. Hannah Graver was always very nice and of course she is now our favourite as she showed us the house we just purchased !! We are supper happy and excited as expected and hope everything goes alright until the papers are signed. Hannah was very knowledgeable about the property and very welcoming and easy going. In the office Charlotte has also been super helpful and arranged second viewing super quickly ! Also she was the one that made my heart stop when she said the vendors accepted our offer ahahha !! Anyway , they have all been superb and helped me to meet Ellen (mortgage advisor) who was extremely professional !! Well done to all the team and thank you again :)

A protracted sale, due to the various factors of the various legal teams once buyers had been found through minor & Brady. Minors and Brady were as good as I hoped they'd be in letting my flat. Everyone I dealt with was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and friendly. When the initial tenant pulled out they called to let me know already with a plan in place to try and find someone else, which they did, quickly. Will definitely use again. Steven was really good at explaining both properties we viewed and we especially loved that he wasn't pushy, as some agents can be. When we weren't certain on either property, he was very inquisitive and asked us our preferences so he could keep an eye out for anything else we'd like.
