We have recently moved from quite a distance and I have been really pleased with the service I received from Minors and Brady. Cassie provided the aftercare and was always there either by email or phone. We did have a tricky two day move and problems with a private road which Cassie was able to assist me chasing Solicitors. Would highly recommend 🤗👍

Cassandra Creak at Minors and Brady was an absolute star, from the moment the sale was agreed she was on the ball. The sale was not straight forward, and without Cassandra being as proactive as she was I think I may have gone mad. I received regular updates on the progress of the sale and she even stepped in when an issue occurred down the chain, and very quickly had all parties involved talking and the issue was resolved. I cannot speak high enough of her professionalism throughout the process. Thank you Cass

Nigilla was very good at her job,she kept us updated throughout our sale, it has been a strenuous year for us but they pulled it off. The only issues we had was we thought the sales team were abit pushy, we know sales targets must be met BUT they need to go about this another way quite stressful at times but once sold everything went much smoother.. thanks again.

*** AVOID AVOID AVOID *** If I could give a NO star review I would. Right from the beginning, literally, there has been mistake after mistake after mistake. There is never any feedback & communication from them to us was zero; unless to confirm a viewing. Now I have pulled the plug, the manager, Dan, is trying his bullying tactics & threatening all sorts. He can try all he likes but he'll get bored before I do!! If, after all the errors that they've made, they expect to get a penny out of us, then they really are living in cuckoo land. I'd rather give the money to a charity. I gave them a chance & they failed MISERABLY on SEVEN separate occasions. Think SERIOUSLY before using this agent - there are so many better ones out there but we decided to give the underdogs the chance first. Sadly for them, it hasn't worked out but at least I now know that whoever gets our money, they'll have earnt it error free.

Lexi has provided amazing support throughout, organising quotes and contractors, with nothing being too much trouble for her. She is both pleasant to deal with and incredibly efficient, a great person to work with when the work is extensive but time is tight. Thank you Lexi

We had the luxury of buying and selling through Minors and Brady. Whilst it has had many ups and downs since the moment we put an offer in it has all paid off. None of this would be possible without the hard work and perseverance of Nagilla Santos. She has been amazing throughout, no matter the curveballs thrown her way she took it all in her stride to push things forward and get everything back on track. Nagilla kept us informed at every step as well as making contact before she went on leave to see if we needed anything and to advise who to contact in her absence. Cass was incredible with the after sales process. Myself and my partner have just bought our first home and moved in together so all of this was very new to us!Cass was very prompt with responses, chased anything up quickly and gave us weekly updates on the whole process. Being the first time we had sold a property, we had signed with another estate agent and had no action and only 2 viewings in the space of 12 weeks. We therefore signed with Minors and Brady and we’re extremely impressed by their work ethic, professionalism and communication. Once we had sold, Cassie in the after sales team was exceptional! She kept in contact all stages of the sale and made sure I was informed of everything. She was very friendly and professional at all times, and chased everything. Cassie made the whole process very easy and not stressful and is a genuine asset for the business. We had a really positive experience selling via Minors and Brady, from the valuation, to the photos ( which were really quick and looked amazing! Almost made us fall in love with our house all over again and not want to move ! ) to the keeping us up to date with viewings and negotiations on our behalf all the way through to sale and the excellent post sale where we were truly looked after by Nagilla. Our onward purchase was moving slower than expected and Nagilla took away all of the stress of chasing solicitors and the other estate agents involved in the onward chain. Absolutely incredible service and a credit to the business.

Most of our dealings were with Nagilla who was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. Everything was communicated to us as and when was necessary. Nagilla was always willing to help and was great at chasing up the rest of the chain for updates and answers to enquiries. Without her I don't think we would have exchanged when we did.
