Claire Wilson was phenomenal in her role, I am writing to enthusiastically recommend Clair for recognition. In my opinion, she has gone above and beyond in her capacity to make the sale go through on a tricky purchase that is handled by Minors and Brady, in these dealings, I have been consistently impressed by their exceptional skills, dedication, and positive attitude.

Our sale & purchase have been a bit of a rollercoaster but Nagilla Santos has been a light in the gloom that we have often felt. Nagilla is highly efficient and has pushed those who needed pushing very professionally. She's also very personable and has been a pleasure to deal with. Nagilla is the primary reason for the five star review.

Finally sold house with Minors & Brady.I have to say that the after sales progressor Aysegul Capri has been amazing, not only supportive but also very professional and made sure all was in order for the sale to go through, without her input I really think this sale might not have happened! Therefore I would like to express my appreciation and gratitude to you Aysegul.

Hi I would like to put on record what a fantastic jobs this estate agent is doing! Special Samuel who even though I was sending emails after emails he always replied within minutes. Dealing with the vetting agency and landlord, he was always keeping me updated about what was going on. Even went a miles extras. Couldn’t be happier, I will definitely tell my entourage what a wonderful experience I had. Thumbs up.

TrustpilotExceptional Estate Agents in Lowestoft …
Both Connor and Macey called me every day and kept me informed. Macey advised me after 2 weeks to amend the pricing which I felt uncomfortable about. However I trusted her expertise and experience as a professional in this field and the same day she secured an offer. So far the experience with Minors and Brady has been one I fully recommend to anyone looking for a gold star service.

TrustpilotFriendly and efficient
Sonya has been our go to contact, for sometime now.She is friendly and efficient, and you know you are in good hands with her. Sonya helped us as a family make a move from outside the county, which was a massive undertaking. She is credit to the company.Sonya was with our prior letting agents, and she moved over to M&B when that agency was sold. So we are lucky to have that continuity.

TrustpilotKnowledgeable staff
We are going through the buying process at the moment and so far we have been very impressed with the way we have been treated. Everything has been made clear to us from the viewing of the property to the conveyancing process. We also wanted to thank Joseph for twice showing us round our new home. He was patient, knowledgeable and keen to help us. So far top marks and recommended.

TrustpilotFantastic experience!
The team were brilliant from start to finish. Charley showed us around several properties and was very professional. Connor followed up and got our offer accepted very quickly and Cassandra was fantastic at keeping us up to date most weeks and got any questions we had of the vendors answered. We work in property ourselves and know how difficult it can be!

TrustpilotMinors and Brady were great
Minors and Brady were great! Our house was on the market quickly and the house was advertised perfectly. Within two weeks we had negotiated an offer! The sales progression was then taken on by Aysegul who did a great job of keeping the solicitors in check and updating the chain - thank you! Couldn’t be happier to have the sale through in two months!

TrustpilotGood experience as first time buyers, very helpful and knowledgeable throughout
Rosie was very helpful and knowledgeable when we went with Minors and Brady to purchase our first house. She helped us to find a local solicitor and get the surveys completed, and answered any questions we had very promptly. Rosie knew when to prompt and chase us for information etc., without seeming too pushy. Glad we went with Minors and Brady and wouldn't hesitate to go with them again.

GoogleMet George from the Lowestoft office, he was spot on time, well presented and had all the details relating to the property to hand. Good local knowledge and listened to our requirements. We all concluded this property was not for us, but George made notes on our requirements and is looking to follow up our meeting with new opportunities asap when they come to market. I have every confidence he will find us our dream home. Sue and Martyn Price (Devon)

GoogleThroughout a very difficult purchase, we found Jasmine Flit in the after sales office to be a great help. Whenever I called or emailed she responded straight away, and made me feel as though she was doing her absolute best to make the chain work. When things were coming down to the wire, Jasmine kept me up to date with courtesy calls almost daily. She was always cheery even in the face of adversity and believe me there was a lot of that, yet she kept her cool and got the job done………thanks Jasmine!

TrustpilotOutstanding service throughout.
Throughout the sale of my property Minor’s and Brady have been outstanding, especially the support and regular updates from Claire Wilson in the after sales team. I have never had to chase for an update whilst in Claire’s capable hands, even after a few hiccups along the way I felt at ease knowing Claire was there to help. I’m very grateful to the whole team for their support.

When the time came to sell our mothers property, Ange Henderson helped us through the whole process. She kept in regular contact with updates, advice and any progress. It was a challenging time as we didn’t live near the property but Ange was very supportive and understanding throughout. A big thank you from us for all your help.

Minors & Brady have been very competent throughout these early stages of the sale of my late mums property, especially Macey who has been great, keeping me up to-date both by email and phone. She is very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We now have a sale going through and I would not have any problem recommending them to anyone looking to buy or sell.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
