Sold my house twice through Minors and Brady Unthank road . Team have been super helpful both on sale front and after sales . Claire has been pro active throughout the process , keeping my buyers engaged and chasing updates through Solictors / estate agents / other parties and although somewhat blunt at times , I can appreciate the directness which is what this process needs . I wouldn’t want anyone else to handle my sale in the future , if you want a no thrills on the ball team to take care of your sale and after sales id have a chat with them .

Jessica Kemp has been instrumental in making literally everything happen so the sale of property could go through in the timescale that my family so wanted. Assisting with arrangements for multiple surveys, collections of keys, liaising with other professionals, facilitating my enquiries, requests and being proactive in ensuring I understood what happened, what to do and what would happen next. I asked for Jessica’s assistance countless times, each time she was positive, personable and ultimately delivered solutions to the issues I presented. With Minors & Brady, we found that after getting off to a slow start, with a number of concerns & issues with sales presentation. Once a suitable purchaser had been found and sale agreed, the after sales team have been excellent in keeping us informed at all stages & helping us to understand what can be a very stressful process. In particular Claire Wilson, has been brilliant & went the extra mile to keep us informed & to chase up all parties. Joe has been really helpful and forthcoming when it’s come to arranging viewings and showing us round a property. He’s given us time and space to look around the house our own time, whilst being fully available to answer any questions we have. Very grateful of his proactive phone manner when I’ve called and how quickly he’s gotten answers for me. Amazing! Estate agents get a bad rep. And Rosie from M & B has been utterly amazing every step of the way. I didn’t think I’d get involved so much with Rosie but it has been an absolute pleasure navigating all the worries and woes of a house purchase. Rosie was on the ball every day, advising us, chasing up everything with us and being available whenever needed. And, she was a shoulder to have a chat with, as require, during this stressful time. We have been pleased with the interaction via telephone, e mail and face to face that we have had from Minors and Brady. All the staff we have dealt with over the telephone have been helpful and efficient.Yesterday we viewed a property on their books and Hannah from Minors and Brady was there punctually waiting to greet us as we arrived. Hannah was welcoming and friendly and able to answer all our questions about the property. She was very positive about the property and offered for us to make an appointment for a 2nd viewing. Today we were contacted by the office by telephone before we could contact them and we made a further appointment to view.

Wonderful support from Ollee

We bought a property through Minors & Brady back in March 2024. We had a challenging and difficult sale, but Ollee and the Minors & Brady team were amazing. Ollee was there every step of the way, even after the sale, Ollee would always take my calls, make the time to listen & help in any way he could, I don’t think I could have got through the sale without his continued support, that is rare from an estate agent, we need more like Ollee!! Head and shoulders above the rest

We moved to Minors and Brady after the EA we were using didn't seem to be doing anything to sell our house, just blaming a 'difficult market'. M&B came in, and changed the game. Sophie Wright - very knowledgeable

I’ve viewed two properties with Sophie now. She really is the face of Minors and Brady as she clearly represents this stand out company. This is the way all estate agents should be and Sophie is a real asset for them. Unlike other estate agents Sophie had clearly gained a lot of information about the properties and was ready for any question I had. Not only that, she was upfront about things and I’ve found Minors and Brady to be transparent too. Something no other estate agent seems to be.

We would like to say a massive thank you to Jessica K in the after sales team who has been extremely useful and helpful with exchanging on our first house buy, although there were delays Jess chased everyone and got us the answers needed quickly and helped with all the usual stresses of buying for the first time. Kind, gentle support …

Due to a bereavement of an elderly parent where we were appointed as executors of the estate we were in a delicate place. Minors and Brady's staff recognised this and gave nothing but kind, gentle and professional support through out the sale of a long held family property. Caroline Larke who dealt with the selling took the case from the price negotiations to completion perfectly supportive , understanding and professional in all aspects - thank you Caroline . Also all of her colleagues when involved gave an excellent service. Curtis Pointin the valuer was also invaluable in all his areas of expertise. Minors and Brady are estate agents we would highly recommend - they are in a different world to the dark images used for estate agents.
