GoogleSarah Mains have been brilliant Amy at the low fell office who valued our property at the start of the process was so friendly and I felt I could trust everything she was telling me so we decided to go with Sarah Mains we sold our property within 2 weeks at our asking price and found our new home within the month every one I spoke to at Sarah Mains was extremely helpful and polite I would absolutely recommend

GoogleGreat service from Scott at Sarah Mains! His professional and efficient yet friendly approach is very reassuring. He helped us when we had been let down by a previous tenant. He gave us some great advice about how to get our house ready, and took some fab photos. It looked amazing online and we had prospective tenants in less than 24 hours. GoogleOur selling experience with Sarah Mains was good. The team at the Low Fell branch were helpful and professional throughout. Regular updates were provided throughout the process including updates on the number of online views of the property compared to viewings generated. This helped us in adjusting the initial pricing which was too high. Sarah Mains took care of viewings on our behalf and access for surveyors when required which was a major benefit for us as our sale was an unoccupied property probate sale. Having to be present for these ourselves would have been very time consuming. The only negative was the initial pricng advice which proved to be too high although, I should temper that by saying that another agent provided the same advice and the marketing of the property coincided with a difficult time in the market when mortgage rates were changing rapidly and approaching their 2023 peak. All in all, a swift & professional service.
