Slightly more expensive than other quotes we received but Sarah Mains have a proven record of selling properties in our area and our valuer, Claire, went into a lot of detail about the service they provide. Claire was prompt to every appointment and gave us guidance about how to show our home to the highest standard. The Sales Progression Team are extremely helpful and kept us fully informed. The property went on the market and was sold within 48 hours - can't say better than that!!
