GoogleWe purchased our property through the Low Fell branch and could not recommend them enough! They have been extremely helpful throughout the entire process, this was our first property purchase and we felt supported and made to feel like valued customers. All the staff we talked to were helpful but special mention to Sharon, who has been extremely helpful (and patient!) whenever we asked questions or sought advice. I would definitely recommend using them for selling a property as the support they gave us as buyers was second to none.

They are so attentive and personable that it made the experience of buying my first house an absolute breeze. GoogleWe bought and sold with Sarah Mains and from day one they have been fantastic, I was kept up to date on our sale and purchase weekly, if not daily in the later stages of our sale and purchase. Every member of staff was professional and always helped if it was their job or not. Sharon was fantastic if it wasn't for her I think I may have pulled out with solicitor issues, Sharon always ensured that she went that extra mile and kept me updated at all times, such a valuable team member to have and an asset to Sarah Mains. You get what you pay for and you certainly do with this company, such a professional, well organised company with loyal hard working staff. Would recommend in a heart beat.

The paperwork came through quickly and was very easy to understand with step by step instructions. Each member of the team I dealt with from Valuer to Sales Progression was exceptional. Chris has guided me at every step and kept me updated throughout the initial buying stages. He has promptly and efficiently responded to all my queries and referred me to thelma bell (mortgage advisor). Thelma is extremely knowledgable and has talked to me at length about mortgage and insurance policies. Nothing seemed too much trouble and she ended up getting me an amazing mortgage deal.
