GoogleSarah Mains Low Fell branch handled my house sale. The found a buyer at a good price within a week of the house going on the market. However, for various reasons, none of which was their fault, sale completion took almost a year. Throughout this time they were very helpful and supportive. I live some distance away, and they checked the house weekly, and kept me fully informed about progress. All staff were unfailingly efficient, friendly and courteous, and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

GoogleWish I could give it 0 stars. This company is full of unprofessional and lazy workers. I rang up for a viewing and was supposed to receive an email, something they should do and something I requested them to do.. They never sent the email... On the morning of the booking I rang up to double check as I had not had an email and wanted to ensure the booking had been made, but when I rang up I was on hold for so long I ended up walking down, phone still ringing. I walked all the way to Sarah Mains in Low Fell to find half the staff just sat there doing nothing! When I asked why I hadn't received an email I didn't even get an apology, just a "well you should have received the email." blank response! Not once did the receptionist apologise, but it gets worse... I then get a phone call only 20 minutes before the viewing time to say that the property had already been let out and I should have been notified! How useless can they be?! Avoid this useless company like the plague they are!

GoogleWe contacted Sarah Mains having fallen in love with a house we wanted to buy but couldn’t proceed without first selling ours. More in hope than expectation we put ours on the market- but amazingly the team were able to sell it within a week of the initial call! From the first conversation with Claire I genuinely felt she cared about making that happen for us, and I can’t thank her, Kelly and Lorraine enough for their help and support. GoogleWe received a fantastic service from Sarah Mains. The minute we met Claire, who did the valuation we knew we would get a great service. Our sale was initially looked after by Kelly and Lorraine, who were both extremely professional and friendly, and offered a great service. Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond our control we had to withdraw our property from the market. I would not hesitate to recommend Sarah Mains to sell your property, and if we ever decide to sell again we wouldn't go anywhere else
