GoogleWe moved our10 Propertys to S.M after been with several other property managers and been disappointed . GoogleAmie Lynch viewed and valued my house 2 weeks ago. She was amazing so professional and her knowledge is immense about the local property market. Having lived 30 years in my current home her empathy and understanding about this huge decision alleviated many anxieties. She cares about her clients and was genuinely interested in my personal circumstances and what this move meant to us. Amie definitely loves her job and really goes that extra mile . I must say the whole team have been superb Annabel Legg with the viewings at my new house, Kelly Docherty undertaking the negotiations with both buyers and seller. Excellent and timely communication by all, they really make you feel this is a partnership and genuinely want a positive outcome for all. GoogleI guess this is a way of getting feedback to Sarah Mains: Myself and my partner are first time buyers and I check Rightmove regularly to see what's come up. There was a house that had come up well within our price range that we really liked (on paper it ticked every box), and I called immediately to try and book a viewing for the Saturday. There was no availability since they were doing the viewings. We work 9-5 and can't be taking time off every time we want to view a house and Sarah Mains' last viewing on a weekday is 4pm. We had to book a viewing for the coming Saturday, but we've had a phone call today cancelling it because it's been sold. The asking price was offers over £125k, as it was well within out budget, if we had liked it, we probably would have offered comfortably over that price. By not catering for people who work full time, they are reducing the amount of people who they may be able to sell to - it just feels like bad business to me. Most estate agents in Gateshead seem to be similar, which is very frustrating, but this is the first time we have had a viewing cancelled because it was sold before we were actually able to view it. I would suggest that Sarah Mains should allow for later viewings for after work, and/or get another company viewer to allow for more Saturday viewings.

GoogleI bought my house over 10 years ago via Sarah Mains and I sold it last month with them again. Both times they were friendly, efficient and professional. I really can't fault them. I sold my house in the UK while living abroad and I thought that would make things complicated but the staff at Sarah Mains gave me great advice and made it as easy as possible for me. GoogleSelling a house can be stressful especially when you're selling for sad reasons. When Dawn Melling came out to value the property she really understood what the bungalow meant to my dad. This was then put on the market and Chris Huddleston took over to arrange viewings. I was well informed about what was happening but not overwhelmed with too many phone calls. This is not the first time I have used Sarah Mains and both times I was impressed with the work ethic of the whole team. I would like to say a big thank you to them all for their hard work.

GoogleWhat I thought would be a stressful time selling my house Dawn,Kelly and Chris from Sarah Mains put me at ease with their knowledge of the market, I went along with their advice and expertise. They organised everything and within eight day’s I had a buyer for my house. I would highly recommend Sarah Mains as they always kept in contact updating me on a daily basis. GoogleI'm really grateful for all the assistance the Sarah Mains Low Fell team has been giving me. They know I've been looking for a while now and have a good sense of my priorities. They don't just send me automated listings. They not only email, but will often call to be sure I see the listing straight away. When I get a listing from Sarah Mains, it is always clear that they have listened to the feedback I've shared after each property. Having said that, give feedback to the estate agents! It's not only helpful for the vendor, but it helps the estate agent refine their choices of properties in the chain that might work for you.
