From the first meeting I found the whole team to be friendly and professional which was a key reason why I selected Haart’s above other agents in the area. GoogleWe had previously used another agent who proved to be less than successful. We then tried Haarts who seemed to have a much more professional approach to finding potential purchasers. After many delays, not any fault of Haarts, and a burst pipe which caused major damage, the property was sold. We asked a lot of things in the last difficult months from Matt and Zoe and both went beyond what one would expect of agents. Thanks to you both. Use these people!!

Google1 star would be from the amazing sales team at Haart. However, the management and property management need to be replaced or have some serious training! If you have any problems or issues with your house Haart will never sort it and no matter what situation your in they don’t care either. You can get environmental health involved and still they will talk to you and treat you badly, and still nothing will be sorted. I would highly recommend not making the same mistake as myself going with Haart, it will be a mistake I’ll never make again! The fact that they shout at their customers is very worrying, even for a pregnant women just asking for an update on an ongoing issue, disguising! The sales team is the only thing which keeps their company going!

GoogleAs a Tennant my experience with Haart has unfortunately been substandard. Not being a homeowner (client) I expect it to be this way but the amount of times I have to request fixes from them for the same issue over a period of months is shocking you wouldn't believe it. I just want to stop paying higher water bills for a dripping toilet. Not the biggest ask in the world. Months!

They have provided an excellent service, which has been incredibly smooth. A special mention to Will whose attention to detail and customer service has been outstanding. Friendly, helpful and a pleasure to do business with them.

GoogleSelling my house through another estate agent who I am happy with but someone from haart calls me wanting to talk to me about my property, 16 calls and counting. I have never contacted them at any point about my house but still they don't take the hint after 16 missed calls and not responce to the messages . The property has been sold for weeks but this doesn't dieter them. My number is locked in and they continue to call. They even ask to speak to my mother in there messages who hasn't lived at the property for over 2 years and has recently died. Just questionable how they obtain my information. Maybe if they had my listing they would do a good job but this is just poor form.
