The whole team at Haart have been absolutely amazing. But hats off to Emma, moving house three days before Christmas and she couldn't of been more helpful. From showing myself and my young son around the property safely in these unprecedented times, to then handing us the keys with real joy and genuine excitement for our families new adventure. As a new landlord, very happy indeed with the service provided by Haart Loughborough. They found me a tenant within a couple of days of instructing them, and made the whole process of preparing the property very smooth. Nothing was too much trouble. Compared with other agents I instructed previously, the team is very professional. Would definitely recommend. Emma and Will in particular were stellar and went out of their way to be helpful. Update (Jan 2021) - Haart have just helped find my next tenant. Excellent service all round - they made it easy for me and sorted out all of the legal requirements. Apparently this branch is now shut although no one told me despite being in the final stages of my property sale. It's been 5 months I have had to chase them at every stage only to be told what i wanted to hear during endless delays caused by confusion between the management company, solicitor and them, months passed with no progress at all. They were never proactive and have left me completely at my wits end. I'm confused by their reviews as Zoe and Matt were completely incompetent throughout my ongoing property sale.

Brilliant Agents. A friend and I were looking for a flat in very short notice and they were able to get us in for a viewing very quickly. Emma was able to kindly request and earlier viewing for us which meant we were able to get the flat before it was rented so we were very pleased with that. Overall I would say great customer service from Emma and Rami and the whole thing just felt very professional especially compared to other estate agents in loughborough. So easy and generally a hassle free process so would definitely recommend.
