Jack Pollock of Haart was easily the best estate agent I’ve had the experience of working with after having sold multiple properties and dealing with different agents over the years, he made this experience as easy as it could’ve possibly been. The sale in Its self was complicated after the original sale fell through but he persisted and sold it again only a few weeks after. So attentive and professional, what he says he will do he does (unlike most agents). He is a credit to the company and I can’t thank him enough for his time and effort during this process. Class act.

Jack was great at selling our house. He made sure the viewings were done on one day when possible to minimise disruption in family life. Jack took time to explain any questions and was very friendly, relatable, honest. He listened to our situation and acted in our best interests which took the stress away. Right there, in the mud at the shallow end of the pond with double glazing salesmen to the left of them and used car salesmen to the right. Yesterday, my Wife got a call saying they'd seen our house on Rightmove and they had a prospective buyer. Today, we received a postcard from them saying the same and promoting themselves as estate agents in Loughborough, with a Loughborough phone number. The facts are, our house isn't on Rightmove, it's not for sale and hasn't been for over a generation, they don't have an office in Loughborough, their number is a fake relay and where the hell did they get my Wife's phone number? I'd like to describe them but Google won't publish it - instead, let's call them Lying, shady, untrustworthy, crooked, grifting spivs.

Would not use this estate agent ever again. They do not support Landlords, communication is the worst I’ve ever experienced (currently week 2 waiting for a response on a simple query). I wouldn’t recommend the company to anyone for full service landlord support, you’d be better off throwing your money away.

They also advised on the refurbishment required to make the property more easily saleable. The whole team at haarts were more than helpful and if you needed anything to do with the house sale or purchasing of another property they would always try and sort it out. Zoe was lovely and she went out of her way to help when she needed to , if she wasn't available Guppy would help with what I was calling about, and if I needed to I could to talk to the manager Matt who was also willing to help and sort out what was needed. So overall the whole team were really good and I would recommend haarts estate agents and the team all of whom I've mentioned. Thankyou to you all.
