FULL ASKING PRICE OFFER WITHIN 72 HOURS! I tried to sell my property for nearly a year with another agent in Loughborough... over this period I had zero offers and only a hand full of lackluster viewings. There was no communication or advise from this agent meaning my property went stale and I lost hope in selling... I didn't even receive a phone call before or after a viewing to either confirm or let me know the feedback... Then I had Matthew Powell out from haart in Loughborough; within an hour new professional photographs were taken and my property was online for everyone to see. Over the next 24 hours I had multiple emails and phone calls from Matt and Zoe Whitworth updating me of their progress and most importantly; upcoming viewings! Fast forward another 24 hours and I had a full asking price offer from a couple who were 'ready to go' and had their mortgage sorted. I cannot thank Matt and Zoe enough for all their hard work and helping me sell my property and move. Communication, knowledge and advise were stellar throughout; really putting my old agent to shame!

Even though I haven't ended up buying a property through this company, I really want to recommend Zoe for her commitment and helpfulness. Great service from the start. Gave me plenty of options to have a look around to see what suited me best as a first time buyer. Adam was very friendly and wasn’t too in your face during house viewings which was nice. After viewings I delt mostly with Zoe who was very helpful and inviting. I always felt like I was given the information that I was after every time I enquired about something. The purchase went through very quickly, it took around six weeks from when I first put an offer in which I thought was very quick. Definitely recommended and I wouldn’t hesitate to either buy or sell through haart again. Thanks a lot to everyone down at haart in Loughborough! 😊

From the outset Haarts were committed to helping us first find our perfect home and secondly tending to our every need and interest going through the purchase process. We were listed with a lot of estate agents, none of which matched the enthusiasm and attention wich Zoe & Mathew have to us, indeed the whole team there were a credit to the business. Our sale and purchase were not straight forward given the size of chain we were in, but again Zoe & Matt chased, pushed and kept us informed daily as it progressed and ensured we completed on the expected date! We were impressed with Haart Loughborough from their first visit to value our home. Matthew Powell, the branch manager, was really professional and was very reassuring and informative about the process. The photographs that were taken were amazing and Matthew’s attention to detail incredible - undoubtably they made the difference when the house was marketed. They worked quickly to get viewings booked and this was all coordinated by Zoe Whitworth. Zoe kept me updated by email, text and calls so that we always knew what was happening. With seven viewings secured by the branch within 24 hours we had an asking price offer within 2 hours of the first viewing. They then worked tirelessly to ensure the whole process ran smoothly - dealing with solicitors for us, collecting the keys from us before completion and even helping us house hunt! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone and if we ever come to sell our new home then I would use them without a doubt! Many thanks to Matt and Zoe!

Thank you so much to Matt and Zoe, who despite testing circumstances, worked relentlessly to sell our house so that we could buy the house we so badly wanted. We had a constant stream of viewings, regular communication and feedback, and regular updates right throughout the sale. Zoe and Matt have a fantastic and calm manner with customers which is exactly what you need when doing something as stressful as a house move! Would highly recommend using haart. Elisa was perfectly professional from day one. It wasn't the most straightforward purchase but Elisa kept us updated constantly and worked hard to speak to the solicitor on both sides on nearly a daily basis. Very friendly, professional and she was the reason I decided to use Haart to manage the rent of my house too which coincidentally took less than 24 hours to get our tenant.
