GoogleI cannot speak highly enough of the team at haart. In particular Zoe. Great communication and nothing was a problem even when dealing with the stresses of solicitors. Always on hand to deal with any problems that arose. Would definitely use haart again.

GoogleSo far, the service we have received from Haart has been second to none, and the team are extremely friendly and happy to help. A special thanks to Joseph, as not having rented our property before, we had many queries! Every single question has been answered promptly and professionally by Joseph, who has made the experience of renting our property less daunting. GoogleAppalling service made an appointment on Wednesday to veiw a rental property, told them explicitly that if it goes please inform us as we are relocating and have a long way to travel. Told of course no problem. Turned up to a viewing on Saturday morning to a let board outside the property after an hour and a half's drive there phoned haart up, yeah sorry its been let time must of got away with us that's why we didn't let you know. Incompetence at its best. Avoid.

GoogleI've had a mixed service from Haarts with changes in staff over the 3 years I have been a tenant. Lots of issues with the landlord so have to say they have had a tough time between me and the landlord. However have to say that my latest dealings with Rami at Haarts Loughborough has been professional and more than positive! well done Rami and thank you for restoring my faith!

All in all a great experience would highly recommend these qualified professionals if looking to buy / sell in the Loughborough region.

GoogleWe recently started renting a house, and so far the service is good. There were a few issues with the house that had to be taken care of, but the staff has been friendly and helpful, especially Rami Hariri. It took a while for a few things to be resolved but Rami helped us, and we could always reach him for help if we needed something.
