As a first-time buyer I didn't really know what to expect when buying a house. Haart estate agents made the whole process as simple as possible while keeping me up-to-date on the progress and my own obligations. They were chasing the solicitors and the seller at times to ensure things went smoothly. Communication was good and I always felt informed, Zoe in particular was a great help.

As an international postgrad student with a dog, I had many problems finding a place to let. Haart went above and beyond for me, driving me to homes to view, asking the owner if they would allow my dog, answering all my questions and were extremely lovely throughout the process. Pretty fair to say I'm not homeless thanks to Haart! I'd recommend them to anyone.

Booked a viewing using haart twice for one place, the first one didn’t go ahead as they ‘couldn’t find it in their calendar ’ even though we called them to book it, it then got rearranged to the week after, we called up on the day to see if it was still going ahead and they had cancelled it without even telling us! We then booked a viewing for a different property for the day after, they call us on the day and change it to half 3 from 3, 4 mins later they send us a text saying they’ve cancelled it! 1 hour before the viewing was scheduled for, literally a waste of time and won’t be booking a viewing with haart ever again as we have booked 3 and none of them have gone ahead. Really bad service

We moved from another managing agent to Emma at Haart in Loughborough. As far as Landlord experience goes, the level of service she maintains is exactly what is needed especially given that we are not based nearby. She treats the property like her own and works with us and the tenant to come to solutions which work for all. She maintains an excellent dialogue with us on a regular basis, keeping us up to date and has even managed the works done on our property - from sourcing the builder to regularly checking on the works until completion. Emma did all this whilst taking over the property from our previous agent, marketing the property properly and finding our next tenant within a short time frame - she did an outstanding job from day one and her experience is visible in every conversation.
