Disgusting company. They always house druggies who caused asb. Have been threatened by the druggies and they have done nothing. Flat full of damp and mould. They just don't care. They are only interested in receiving their rent in full every month. Not fit for purpose.

Absolutely shocking, can never book a tradesman for when not working, my toilet has been leaking for month's, the kitchen floor was damaged and again appointmemt booked months after. Do people actually work that rent their homes?! But constant rent increases. Its endless which id stayed in private.

I would suggest if you are new to Marylebone and want to get to know more about the neighbourhood that you will do yourself a great service meeting with Julia or George, whom (I often joke) are an encyclopedia of knowledge. They have been on the corner of Crawford Street and Seymour Place forever, a welcoming sight to walk along that block and see the office lit up and the office buzzing with activity, a source of great comfort. Anyone meeting them for the first time will quickly benefit from their wealth of information.
