I recently bought a property in Marylebone with the assistance of Julia from York Estates. Julia depth of knowledge of the local market was fantastic and she helped my navigate the whole process from start to finish. I was particularly nervous as to how the whole process and viewing would work due to the pandemic; however Julia was unphased, came up with solutions and at all times I felt the we were safe. I would highly recommend Julia and York Estates to anyone searching for a property in W1.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Disgusting housing association

Disgusting housing association, never see anyone around...communal area always looks a mess..2 two bedroom flats (one of which is ground floor) let to single males, one aged 19 and the other allegedly been arrested for attempted murder, but got off on a technicality, we've had/got drug users..needles found in our bin area..but as long as they say what you want to hear..alls well apparently. It's a shame because when I moved here in 2005 it was a proper community 😥

The team was very welcoming and warm hearted the apartment was as it was advertised enough though it seemed bigger in the footage sent by Elaine Blake I'm happy with apartment and Karen Grayson explained all that needed to be explained although it was a little unclear as to how to turn on hot water given its a electrical based apartment no gas supplier which makes my bills more manageable

Dreadful Housing Assocation

Have to agree with all the negative comments on here. Absolutely shocking how this company operates. I have a family of eight living above me in a two bedroom flat, and a family of three living below. Hate where I live right now. Most of the neighbours indulge in bullying and harassment. Don’t feel safe ! The noise level is horrendous. Going to work on very little sleep. Fed up !! They do not address issues being raised.Only you become the issue and they go all out to try to get you to move out.

We bought a flat through Julia at York Estates and were thoroughly impressed by the service then and consequently needed to rent out the flat under unusually short terms. We decided to try the rental service of the same agency. As most people look for a longer lease the job of finding the right tenant was challenging. George was cautious, discerning and very professional throughout the chase for the appropriate tenant. Absolute Disgrace!Waited months for replies having contacted numerous departments to help me contact North yorkshire housing.Trying to sort an issue out since October 2023 and I'm no further on. Evidence provided not good enough, they've changed the goal posts! I'll be homeless again before they will help me!Next communication will be with my local MP and the Ombudsman.
