Neighbour next door has had a problem with me since in moved in she would have wild parties bang on my wall talk loud outside my houses until early hours at one point I left but ended up coming back because that property was unsuitable she has spreaded romours to neighbours that I have mental health and saying she’s tried with me ect all because I want to keep myself to myself then had all neighbours staring into my property with suspicion and then told another neighbour about my garden been overgrown she then took it upon herself to throw water sprinkler all over my door asif she’s trying to call me a tramp for not doing garden she would do alsorts put all her rubbish in my garden take my bin and leave me with her cat faeces bin all mind games and trying to set me up she cut my grass with out asking and then said I need support I give up doing garden because the kids just throw footballs in garden and there sweet wrappers I’m not stop cleaning after them then she reported me to council had a inspection inside my home he is very much on there side because there’s more of them and only me I’m a single parent I have heard her outside call me funny and alsorts I showed housing officer photographic evidence but he’s not taken any action I’m at my wits end I just want to move !

York Estates worked hard on our behalf during the difficult Coronavirus lockdowns to identify prospective buyers, show them the flat and ultimately to help us complete the sale. The lady I was speaking with was fantastic, she was so helpful anytime I needed anything and really prompt at communicating, she talked me through the whole thing and got us a viewing & signing for the keys within a matter of days. Not forthcoming with information about the new government Right to Shared Ownership scheme. I was in early June 23 told on the phone that my house was eligible and the customer service advisor would send information by email. She only sent an application which I completed promptly. I got a reply on 28 July just to say complete this application instead, the previous one was wrong. I completed and submitted it on same day but I’ve not heard anything back though govt guideline says they should reply within 4 weeks.
