GoogleWe are really Grateful for the speed of work getting us into this home and the high level of communication. Being from outside of the UK there was a lot of information that they did not know and could not help us with in regards to the property. I would have expected York Estate to have known all of this information in advance but instead they have directed us to the owner who is yet to reply to us. The property had has a basic clean before we arrived but when we started looking around we found that that was rubbish and clothing from the last tenant through out the house still. Over all we are very glad to be in a home in London

GoogleI've been renting the flat with York estates for almost 4 years. To me this experience was great: stuff was always supportive and very friendly. All of the malfunctions in the flat were fixed promptly just upon my request. Every time I left the keys locked inside the flat, there was always someone to help (even outside working hours). GoogleI just moved to London and needed to find a flat to live in and George at York Estates worked to make me feel at home. We walked all over Marylebone while he pointed out local shops and amenities. He took me to every flat I found online and he did his own research to find more properties that would fit what I was looking for, and fit my budget. George at York Estates is the reason I have a great place to live in Marylebone.
It was a pleasure dealing with you and we are so happy that you live your new home. Marylebone is such a fabulous location. You will love your time here.

GoogleIt has been a pleasure working with David Ireland from York Estates during our property search. When beginning our search, we spoke to a number of estate agents in the area and found many of them to be very pushy and not particularly interested in our circumstances. David showed a genuine interest in our search and was able to offer us constructive advice on the particular areas/buildings within Marylebone that would offer us what we were looking for within our budget. It was also really reassuring to be shown around so many properties he had actually sold previously. As first time buyers we had a lot of questions which David helped us navigate, and upon finding the right property helped us secure this whilst putting our nerves at rest when needed! Make David/York Estates your first port of call if you are looking to buy in this area!

Terrible at repairs, roofers turn up without ladders, use cheap replacements if you’re lucky enough to get a repair done. Customer service are useless and I do mean useless. But they very good at sending out threatening letters if you are a day late with the rent.

GoogleI would recommend York Estates to anyone looking to rent out their property in W1. I have used York Estates on two occasions and they have not disappointed. George has great local knowledge and was good at keeping me informed of progress on finding a tenant. He is also very helpful on ensuring that the other elements of being a landlord are met - electric certificate etc. Very friendly, efficient and affordable.

Repairs take over a year to complete, don't give clear information about service charges and leave tenants vulnerable to bullying and antisocial behaviour by other tenants without much support. Would not recommend at all and when I get out of this hell I would never rent from them again.

She worked with us and the solicitors keeping in touch with us on a weekly and often daily basis , (challenging because my siblings and I live in 3 different countries).
