GoogleI manage a property in the area for an international landlord which was put on the market with York Estates. They handled the whole thing incredibly well even though there was various aspects of the deal that was very tricky. I was very impressed and pleased with their efforts. Everything went through successfully and would definitely recommend.

GoogleYork Estate helped me sell a property that was very attractive, but had some legal complications that a buyer needed to understand in order to feel comfortable buying this property. York Estate was instrumental in convincing the final buyer that the price was right and the legal issues were not as c omplicated as they seemed initially.

Useless customer service. Would not recommend to anyone renting or buying using these guys. They buy cheap nasty homes and are no good at helping you out at all. Stay well clear.

Happy to put your rent up by £80 each year but don’t deal with any complaints. Don’t check tenants for affordable housing homes which are supposed to meet certain criteria and just put anyone in them. Then won’t help with anti social behaviour.
